Would have less waiting for people in front of you to get settled. Wish the last snack had a piece of fruit or something with a bit more healthy aspect."

Please stop using the Boeing 767 jets and only use the Boeing 777 for flights across the Atlantic. I would like to fly American more frequently but not if I think I'm going to get stuck with the planes from the 1980s where there's no personal TV, no place to plug in my phone or electronics to charge unless you carry around a car charger, which I definitely don't, and there's no WiFi on those planes either."

Punti negativi: "This was a connecting flight, and I arrived at the gate from American Airlines flight 2656 in plenty of time to make the connection. However 15 minutes after arriving at my designated gate it was announced that American Airline flight 4874 would be delayed for 15 minutes for maintenance, which was fine, I want the plane I am flying in to be in perfect working order. So the departure time went from 2:32 to 3:00, then it went from 3:00 to 4:01. Next, it was announced that there had been a gate change. Once we all arrived and the passengers had deplaned and it was announced we could board it was closing in on 4:30. Now once we were on the plane we sat for one and a half hours with no food or water. Finally, they announced that the flight attendant would be coming around with water which was poured from bottles into cups and cookies or pretzels, what, did the plane crash on a deserted island and I not know it? After more sitting, we finally took off, I arrived at my destination 4 hours later than planned. I think this could have been handled more efficiently, and with more aplomb than the standard "we apologize", that does nothing for me and my trip went from 1 hour to 4 with me finally arriving at the Roanoke airport at 6:45."

It was of size to cram into my carry on so I did that, but American staff demonstrated concern, had a sense of humor and helped me get a comfortable seat to sort of take some of the sting away. All that was great of them I was aware of being in an upgraded seat. No complaints, but it stung a little because I was deeply aware of the reinforcement of class. The small, extra comforts were wonderful and I wish everyone had them while risking their lives together over the ocean - especially the extra room At times, on the way over I felt a claustrophobic panic. But to stay positive, they were kiind, sympathetic, funny, sweet. I appreciate them."

When we landed, the weather was fine so no one knew! Many people missed connections or had to run through the airport by time they got their bags. Better communication would have been easy to do to keep us informed."

The gentleman that helped us was lovely but system issues kept us at check in a very long time and unfortunately that together with the crazy insanely long distance to our gate- then only to take a bus- we did not have time to pick up any food or make any stops which we counted on and had arrived 2.5 hours ahead of time to check in to allow for."

No one from Kayak or BA helped us.. we were out anithet $1100. ..worst experience ever will never use Kayak again. The right thing to do is for Kayak to refund our original.tickets....since we had no control over our delayed flight but I am sure that will not happen."

When we were landing the lights in our cabin - the crew was mediocre - the food was indelible - I advent flown American for over a decade internationally and there is a good reason why i will never again!!"

I inserted it on the online form multiple times until I was blocked from doing so, and there was no link to communicate online in real time with anyone who could solve the problem. This was extremely stressful and unnecessary, as well as time consuming. It was not how I wanted to spend my final night in Italy. Furthermore, I had to wake up at 4 am to get a very early bus to the airport in order to check in early enough in person. NOT cool. The food was mediocre. The entertainment options were about the worst I've ever seen. My seat hardly went back at all."

My purse fell through the gap onto the floor behind my seat. Had to ask the person behind me 3 times to please hand it back to me. The armrest doesnt go up which helps at times getting in and out. It is a large uncomfortable impediment. The remotes were all over the place, down in the seat, on the floor. No one could find the plug in for the headphones. It is in the most ridiculous place!"

We were all standing around wondering what was happening.It's the NOT KNOWING that is so horrible. We could tell from the screen that it was delayed, but it was clear the flight would leave much later than the screen said, but they wouldn't tell us anything!"
