"This was not an Iberia Flight, this was a LEVEL flight (even if you, Kayak, sold it to me as Iberia). The ground hostess was disgraceful, and only because of her nasty behavior towards me and my family, I am planning not to fly LEVEL ever again. I am not sure I will fly through Kayak either. Because of your deceptive techniques, I thought I was buying a flight with luggge included, but I wasn’t. I had to pay 550 euros extra in luggage. Are you, Kayak, going to return this money to me? That would be elegant. And also because of your deceptive techniques, I thought I was flying Iberia, but I was not, it was Level. It turns out Iberia does take cats on board, but level does not. So once I was at the airport ready to fly with my cat, I was told cats cannot fly level. Overall, a sad and aweful experience."

Punti negativi: "Check-in machines in Barcelona Airport did not work (since the Vueling shares the code with Iberia, but they did not share the booking codes!). The result is 40 min queue while only one "manual" registration desk opened. The person behind the desk seemed to be very stressed, no shadow of any kindness - it's understandable: the managers had left her alone with a lot of people unable to use their "cool" innovation (registration through machines). If one adds here the unacceptable burden with boarding (30 mins of waiting time before the bus arrived and all that on the stairs of the "sleeve") the flight started fairly "well". The seat assigned was in the last raw (seems for any other type of seat one has to pay like 13 euro more) and with my 2m of height I felt at "maximum of comfort". Thank you, Vueling, for that exceptional "lowcost safari" experience, will try to avoid you in the future."

You get to hold your drink and put your silverware in your lap while you eat. Food was too hot to open foil, and once opened was mediocre at best. Entertainment?!? Literally nonexistent. Well actually in the fancy seats beyond economy there is a little slot to attach a phone or tablet on the back of the seat. So your entertainment is whatever you brought. I guess the touchscreen/on demand entertainment I remember from the early 2000's is too high tech for TAP."

When I called customer service, after a long hold time, the woman I finally spoke to told me it was too late to order vegetarian and refused to help me. I have never flown another airline (Air India, Turkish Air, United, American, China Southern, etc., etc.) that did not make this easy to choose during booking or check-in and that did not already have a standard ovo-lacto vegetarian option on the regular menu. Vegetarians practice for all sorts of reasons, including religion and health needs. It's unacceptable to make it so difficult to meet your meal needs while trapped on a plane for nine hours. 2) The check-in agent did not know the rule about all remaining seats being opened for passenger choice three hours before booking and insisted we had to pay to get aisle seats despite one of us having a health problem necessitating her standing up and walking every 45 minutes. Then another agent told us we couldn't choose seats for free for our Porto to Newark flight when we check in for our Madrid-Porto flight because it wasn't technically three hours before the Porto-Newark departure. But how were we supposed to choose seats for the Porto-Newark flight three hours in advance if we are in an airplane flying to Porto at that time? This makes no sense. Seats should be opened for every leg of a same-day journey at the same time. The agents were unhelpful and unsympathetic. 3) This was an old plane without options to choose a film or show to watch. Instead, passengers could flip through a few channels and hope to find something of interest that was already playing -- there was no way to begin a film or show from the beginning if you landed on it in the middle of its running time. I cannot recommend TAP Portugal to any of my friends, family, or colleagues after this experience."

The staff on the first flight was extremely rude and unhelpful, and refused to let me eat any of the extra meals. I had to survive the 14.5 hour flight by only eating 3 tiny bags of pretzels. I sent an email to customer service to complain about this (can't do this over the phone), and didn't hear back for more than a month. On my return international flight, I was AGAIN signed up for the wrong meal (vegan) even though I specifically went over my dietary preference (vegetarian, eats eggs and dairy). Then my luggage was left in Vancouver while I made my way to Sydney, so I had to wear the same clothes for over 72 hrs while the airline "apologized" with giving me only $50. I finally got someone to respond to my complaints when I tweeted them, and their response was that I selected the vegan food option...NOPE, and that's not an apology. I will not fly them again. (PS: they don't give eye masks or toothbrush/toothpaste on international flights even though other airlines do, and their selection of movies/TV shows is about half of other airlines)"

Many transfer flights had to be rescheduled for later flights. Where was the reimbursement???? Just a million thanks for our patience. Time is money"

The timeline of when the gate was going to be told ended up being 45 minutes later than initially projected which turned out to be an hour before the flight was supposed to take off, which didn't leave much time to make it through passport control and to the correct gate. The flight was then delayed over an hour before we were able to board. Once we boarded the flight, we were delayed again an additional hour. We finally took off and landed in Toronto to be delayed yet again before we could go to our gate. Once we go to our gate (close to 30 minutes after landing) the gate would not work and we were stuck on the plan an additional 30 minutes. What was supposed to be about a 9 hour flight turned into almost 12 hours of misery. I will never fly air canada again. The best part about air canada is how every canadian I talked to say "oh yeah, they are such a "terrible" or "shitty" airline."

When we called the 3rd party used to book the flight, they were not helpful in trying to find a more reasonable option that was similar to the original itinerary booked. So, the passenger got to the airport at 4 am for their 6 am flight and was not able to check in because the 3rd party agency had not confirmed her seats on that flight. No one was available from Air Canada to assist with this issue. The passenger had to work with the Milan Airport information desk and they were able to find out that the 3rd party had never cancelled her seats on the original itinerary so her seats could not be confirmed on the 6 am flight they had "rebooked" her on. As there were no airline personnel to assist, by the time this was found out, the passenger had missed her flight. The person at the Milan airport information desk had to help find a different flight for her to travel on a different airline. This was the WORST experience I have ever encountered!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
