Instead of passing us over to another wheelchair attendant as we needed to switch terminals, he stayed with us thru the terminal change until we were on the airplane. We needed to get our boarding passes at Heathrow from a different airline and he helped us with this. Kudos to him!! The attendants on this flight were very helpful when my husband was having a diabetic reaction and I was vomiting form air motion sickness. We were a mess!! However the flight attendants were sure we had a wheelchair in Chicago and helped us with our bags as we were exiting the plane. Nice Job"

Many people ended up missing their long-planned trip to Machu Picchu as the earliest Avianca could get anyone to Cusco was 11:00 the following morning. The staff was unhelpful, and the lines were incredibly long (about 3 hours). Funnily enough, we were supposed to be on an earlier flight, but due to the length of their check in line, we waited over a half hour in line and when we arrived at the desk 56 minutes before our flight, we were unable to check in (since check in stops an hour before the flight). Truly ridiculous. I will definitely think twice before ever booking an Avianca flight in the future."

Air canada had no crew on the ground and over and hour wait for customer service on the phone so i had no way to find out what my reticketing status was. I was passed off to numerous other airlines and sent through the airport to the incorrect terminals in heathrow causing another missed flight. Air canada did not accept the responsibility to maintain my reservation and get me to my destination efficiently. Even when I spoke with a phone representative the person was rude and never sent confirmation of my flights so I had no reference point for flight numbers or air lines. All of his added up to more than 13 hours of delays on what was already a 24 hour trip. Worst travel experience of my life."

Punti negativi: "Unless you knew ahead of time that the entertainment system was housed entirely in an app, you wouldn't know that you needed to have a smart phone or tablet on the flight and needed to download the app. A few people in our traveling party either didn't have a smart phone or tablet, or had trouble downloading the app while on the flight. Also, a few people had issues with the app freezing while in use. There was very little legroom between seats, resulting in an uncomfortable flight. We flew economy on our connecting flight, and the seats were much more comfortable. My reading light didn't work using my button, but it turned on & off during the flight like it might have been connected to someone else's button. There weren't individual air vents for passengers, so some of us were very hot and some were very cold."

I will never fly air canada again - ever. Not worth the savings. I've spent an entire week recovering and spent the savings on physical therapy due to the damage to my legs."

Safety demonstration props missing."

Many transfer flights had to be rescheduled for later flights. Where was the reimbursement???? Just a million thanks for our patience. Time is money"

Punti negativi: "Where to start?! Air Canada is by far the worst airline I have ever flown on. initially there was no information on what gate we were supposed to go to. The timeline of when the gate was going to be told ended up being 45 minutes later than initially projected which turned out to be an hour before the flight was supposed to take off, which didn't leave much time to make it through passport control and to the correct gate. The flight was then delayed over an hour before we were able to board. Once we boarded the flight, we were delayed again an additional hour. We finally took off and landed in Toronto to be delayed yet again before we could go to our gate. Once we go to our gate (close to 30 minutes after landing) the gate would not work and we were stuck on the plan an additional 30 minutes. What was supposed to be about a 9 hour flight turned into almost 12 hours of misery. I will never fly air canada again. The best part about air canada is how every canadian I talked to say "oh yeah, they are such a "terrible" or "shitty" airline."
