The Campinas airport has very poor signage, access for gate A8 is very confusing. Need more info on how to get from a domestic flight to international boarding. The place is a maze
The flight was late so my connecting flight I missed to Curitiba, they couldn’t hold the flight for five freaking minutes while I ran across the airport I’m 64 years old but that’s OK I made accommodations and got me on another flight six hours freaking later

Also, after I walked through the gate, several boarding flights merged confusingly in a single passageway with exits to multiple planes and many people got lost and ended up (temporarily!) on the wrong airplane, despite heroic attempts by the ground crew to direct passenger traffic. There must be a better method than having everyone follow colored lines to the planes - it wasn't working!"

I was ready at 6:15 AM and the bus was full. I waited for second bus. No breakfast at the hotel. Flight to Santiago was uneventful and crew during the flight were polite."

After she calmed down we went to get on the flight and the lady at the check in, (Onwsha) said it was too late and we could leave the next day. She changed my tickets on the computer and said if we came on Monday, March 19th there wouldn't be a charge but if it was any other date it would be $150.00 per ticket/person. When I arrived to check in on March 19th I was charged the $300. I spoke to Sharon Smith who was with Air Canada Customer Service Coordinator and I explained I was told something different by the customer agent. I told her if I knew that and I was told by Onwsha I would have went on the flight on March 18th but would not have checked the bags and just taken carry on luggage as my husband was still at the airport and he could bring them when he came over. Sharon Smith said there was nothing she could do and we had to pay the $300.00. It really has left a bad taste for me with Air Canada especially how many seats were spare and I was told something different from Onwsha. Thank you for your time. The timeline of when the gate was going to be told ended up being 45 minutes later than initially projected which turned out to be an hour before the flight was supposed to take off, which didn't leave much time to make it through passport control and to the correct gate. The flight was then delayed over an hour before we were able to board. Once we boarded the flight, we were delayed again an additional hour. We finally took off and landed in Toronto to be delayed yet again before we could go to our gate. Once we go to our gate (close to 30 minutes after landing) the gate would not work and we were stuck on the plan an additional 30 minutes. What was supposed to be about a 9 hour flight turned into almost 12 hours of misery. I will never fly air canada again. The best part about air canada is how every canadian I talked to say "oh yeah, they are such a "terrible" or "shitty" airline."

Punti negativi: "First of all, the flight schedule was changed on June 3rd, after the passenger had already left the country for her trip. The flight leaving Milan was moved up BY 6 HOURS!!! When we called the 3rd party used to book the flight, they were not helpful in trying to find a more reasonable option that was similar to the original itinerary booked. So, the passenger got to the airport at 4 am for their 6 am flight and was not able to check in because the 3rd party agency had not confirmed her seats on that flight. No one was available from Air Canada to assist with this issue. The passenger had to work with the Milan Airport information desk and they were able to find out that the 3rd party had never cancelled her seats on the original itinerary so her seats could not be confirmed on the 6 am flight they had "rebooked" her on. As there were no airline personnel to assist, by the time this was found out, the passenger had missed her flight. Both at departure from Milan to Lisbon (2hs and 30mins) and back from Lisbon to Milan (almost 1h), the flights were delayed and no sort of complementary water or drink or anything else was provided by the company.

il bagaglio è stato trattenuto e non mi sono state date spegazioni, forse era rimasto a Chicago. Mi è stato portato dal corriere dopo tre giorni e non ho ricevuto alcuna spiegazione sul perchè di questo prolungato ritardo. Il corriere che a detta dell'ufficio lost and found dell'aeroporto di Capodichino, avrebbe dovuto avvisarmi per concordare orario, non lo ha fatto, rischiando di non trovarmi a casa. All'aeroporto nessuno rispondeva a telefono nemmeno i carabinieri
il bagaglio non è stato imbarcato non so perchè, il cambio dii terminal e i controlli per la seconda volta della security nonostante si trattasse di un transito, mi hanno fatto rischiare di perdere l'aereo.
Mi è stata preclusa la possibilità di acquistare il bagaglio da stiva online, il che è assurdo. Capisco che la tariffa economy non lo consentiva, ma per principio essendo il viaggio intercontinentale e di 21 ore, doveva darsi la possibilità. Il tempo di transito all'aeroporto di Chicago è stato di 1 ora e 48 minuti, pochissimi per cambiare terminale, prendere la valigia, superare di nuovo la security e imbarcare di nuovo la valigia, ho dovuto scavalcare i nastri correndo e chiesto ai passeggeri di farmi passare, assurdo. Per finire il bagaglio mi è stato restituito dopo tre giorni, allucinante. Ciò nonostante il lunghissimo stop a Monaco dalle 9,30 alle 15 circa, la compagnia ha avuto tutto il tempo di avvisarmi. Solo atterrata a Napoli mi è arrivata in concomitanza l'avviso che il bagaglio non era imbarcato. Dopo reclamo finalmente è giunto dopo 3 giorni e mi sono già rivolta alla assicurazione

This took more than two hours. Had I not was preemptive I would have been stuck in Frankfort for an extra day."

Arrivati trafelati al gate abbiamo scoperto che il volo era partito mezz'ora prima e si erano dimenticati di aggiornare lo stato del volo sui monitor......................... Dopo un'ora di attesa al banco dell'assistenza ci hanno mandati in hotel e dato il biglietto per il volo del giorno successivo. Parte dei pasti li abbiamo pagati di tasca nostra visti i pochi dollari di buono per mangiare (7$ per la colazione, 10$ per pranzo e 15$ per la cena, spendibili esclusivamente all'Holiday Inn dove la sola colazione a buffet costava 17$ + tasse..."
