Good array of entertainment on offer but our flight was a 'sleeper' so after a fumble with the controls and the limited new releases, I opted to read instead. Not sure we like the Dreamliner configuration and levels of comfort more than the 777 or Airbus offerings but it was fine."

Most of us in the cabin complained but these parents were pathetically weak and elected to allow it to continue. No sleep... spoiled experience.. miserable flight in this respect. Terrible Business Lounge 'Aspire' in Gatwick; dirty and poorly equipped - not even Prosecco on offer without paying £5 for a small glass. Qatar should stop using this dreadful place. Crew seemed to have stopped referring to the passengers by name and offer a less-personalised service in Business than we have become accustomed to. The food choices while good, have been paired back as have the selection of wines."

Punti negativi: "Due to a misunderstanding at check-in we have been seated away from a baby bassinette (although booked) to sit together with my husband, nobody asked what my preference would be (sitting as a whole family or having a bassinette) and a 17-hour flight with a 9month old baby constantly on my lap was challenging. Also a very disappointing selection of films and documentaries for adults. I ended watching a kids movie with my older daughter and it was the only thing I found appealing. Kids section very good though, my 5-year old was glued to the screen and all the options had my approval :)"

Only constant complaints led to food being provided at the airport after a 6 hour wait to board. No compensation was offered by QA when we arrived in Doha. Nothing. Exceptionally poor performance by an airline you expect more from."

Despite our delay in arriving at the airport (check in was done online in advance), the flight attendants accepted us for the trip. The whole process was extremely efficient, there was no delay in take off time and the suitcases arrived all on time to our destination. I really appreciated their help: we did have a medical emergency 3 hours prior to our arrival to the airport, hence the delay.."

La motivazione per questo diniego non solo non è stata fornita ma soprattutto c'è stato un continuo scarico di responsabilità da uno all'altro... Pessima esperienza"

Also, and most importantly, they've left my luggage in Istanbul (where the connection was from), so that I was left with no proper clothes/essentials for four (!) days (and it was colder than expected in Italy)."

Once we took off, despite cloudy rainy snowy skies, this turned out to be the best smoothest flight ever once it departed, and the pilot was probably the best ever I experienced on Egypt Air, and many other airlines actually. Shout out to a fantastic crew stewardess (Olfat Younis) and amazing pilot!! A really great experience"

"The check in counter closed early and we missed the flight. The flight was delayed but they closed at the regular time. We were there just didn't rush to the counter because of the delayed flight. We called Kayak - before that flight took off. And was told that we were a no show and we couldn't apply the ticket to another flight. That cost us $1,500. Very poor service. Really disappointed and debating about ever using KAYAK again. John"

"We went Economy, all 4 of us and the flight was pleasant and the crew was attentive. Its an older airplane, but well updated and the crew was super attentive."

"The company did not know how to handle COVID bureaucracy efficiently or even correctly. We were asked to fill in four forms when only one is needed or even checked at all. I had to come in early to the airport, take a COVID test and then wait in the airport departure lobby for almost 1h to check in while waiting for the test results. Given that I spent a substantial amount to get a business ticket, I expected my time to be respected and to have business facilities made available. Once reached, the lounge now has an ordering system instead of self-service. The food was honestly disgusting, cold boiled rice without any salt and some "Spanish chorizo chicken" that had no chorizo and tasted like boiled chicken dropped in reheated tomato sauce. The plane departed one hour late. The business class seat was small, but comfortable. The company sent a boiler plate email apologizing which is something you appreciate the first time and it becomes grating when you get more than one per week."

In the end, we had to put in a little plastic bag everything valuable we had in the baggage, though on the plane there was plenty of space available in the overhead lockers."

Seats pitch was pretty small and I even had to fly on a broken seat that would not recline, for a 11 hours flight. The most uncomfortable flight I have ever flew. If that wasn't enough to make the experience the worst possible, flight attendance was rude! I strongly suggest to avoid American Airlines at all cost."

"The crew was trying their best during the flight, but the boarding process was a mess. Taking away water bought at the airport from families and children at a hot gate with no AC is illogical and unacceptable. The water was bought after 3 security checks and the boarding process takes an hour during which toddlers have to stand in lines while no one else is boarding. in the meantime a RAM official is allowed to walk in the gate holding his water bottle. Someone needs to explain why people can't keep their water bought at the airport during the boarding process. Passengers can be asked to leave their waters behind once they are asked to walk into the plane not while they are waiting. Also, not only people were hot and thirsty while waiting for boarding, but they also had to sit in the middle of screaming and unhappy children crying because they are hot and thirsty. The boarding process was inhumane and needs to be organized in a much better way. It is also very ironic to ask passengers to keep their 6 feet distance while the plane is overbooked and all seats are filled. Based on my experience with RAM on my last trip, I would not recommend it to friends and people I care about."

The meal the hotel offered was not edible and I had to purchase food on my own. I was originally suppose to land in NYC Saturday at 6:30pm, but if all goes as planned I will arrive in NYC Monday morning at 1:30am. The staff with this airline was not helpful, very rude, and one of the staff told me it was my problem that I could not get to the hotel they assigned to me."

However, when I talked to the staff, first of all nobody understood what period, tampons, or pads mean since there is not a single English speaker, and this is a flight to NYC!!!! When I tried to describe them my problem, they simply dismissed me saying they could not understand me and passed me around from staff to staff until finally some kind traveller offered to translate. Then the rude staff members told me that they did not have anything and this is my own problem.They were completely unsympathetic and their attitude was horrible. I had to end up stack a thick pile of toilet paper in the underwear to prevent staining my clothes."
