First all the baggage from another flight emptied onto the baggage carousel, and then maybe 15 minutes or so later our bags began to dribble out. Our plane got to the gate a little past 9pm, I barely made it out of the airport by 10pm. It just shouldn't take that long."

Punti negativi: "The organization with American Airlines at Charles de Gaulle was absolutely pathetic. I understand it's a busy airport, but NONE of the other airlines had lines like American did. Then by the time you get up to an American airline employee, incompetence was written all over their faces. The straw that broke the camel's back was that they insisted on separating my partner and me while doing security questions, meanwhile other parties who were together were not separated (LGBT discrimination). This pushed us back 10 minutes--we were separated and he was having to wait for me after the questioning to get my bag checked, too. I'll add that we arrived to the airport with over 2 hours to spare before our flight which should have been more than enough time. We probably would have missed the flight if not for a few decent Charles de Gaulle employees who bumped us though lines at customs when they realized the time crunch, no thanks to anyone with American Airlines. I heard so many saying they will not use American Airlines again, and how saving a few dollars was not worth the headache. Flying is already stressful enough, don't make it that much worse."

The result is 40 min queue while only one "manual" registration desk opened. The person behind the desk seemed to be very stressed, no shadow of any kindness - it's understandable: the managers had left her alone with a lot of people unable to use their "cool" innovation (registration through machines). If one adds here the unacceptable burden with boarding (30 mins of waiting time before the bus arrived and all that on the stairs of the "sleeve") the flight started fairly "well". The seat assigned was in the last raw (seems for any other type of seat one has to pay like 13 euro more) and with my 2m of height I felt at "maximum of comfort". Thank you, Vueling, for that exceptional "lowcost safari" experience, will try to avoid you in the future."

Once we landed at Toronto Pearson from Mexico City, there were no available gates. The movies see election available through streaming on Air Canada Rouge had fewer movies and shows than the tablet you could rent from the airline."

There were a minimum of 8 vacant seats and corresponding luggage not on this plane. I believe Air Canada had a chance to load more cargo and removed our luggage to make more room for the cargo. I will never fly this airline again. I had nothing good to say to anyone on our cruise regarding this airline. Terrible passenger service. The guest services said that 16 bags were delivered in Ketchikan from Air Canada."
