I heard no announcements, maybe because it didn't matter as everyone was crowding the door 15 minutes before boarding began. The agent seemed perturbed, but I've seen it on almost every Italian bound flight. No one wants to wait. It is actually a bit amusing to watch the struggle between boarding policies and a group of people who seem determined to ignore them. The buses were also pretty well packed. More so in Rome than IST. Not much organization in loading at either place. After all the passport control they left us to walk outside to wait for the bus. Maybe you can tell I'm not a fan of remote gates."

The airplane was a 737 that had seen some time in the sky so it was showing wear. Also, no entertainment; personal or public. The crew was super nice and it was a shorter flight so that was good.

No amenities at all but still very friendly staff. they are only 6% on time for the JFK-Casablanca route but they boarded and pulled away from the gate on time. the tower made them wait on the runway for 2 hours due to traffic, so I suspect that terrible statistic isn't the airline's fault."

If Royal Air Maroc wants to continue expanding and attracting passengers, Casablanca airport needs to be able to handle large numbers of transiting passengers both in terms of infrastructure and ground personnel handling traffic and rebookings."

Punti negativi: "My flight was due to mechanical issues and we left Tunis 12 HOURS later than scheduled. I saw people become physically and verbally aggressive with other passengers and airline staff over mounting frustrations, I was frightened, lost an entire day of my much needed long weekend and the return was only marginally better. Staff was rude, dismissive, VERY disorganized and not at all apologetic for putting people through such a horrendous experience. If it is a difference of a few hundred dollars between Tunisair and another airline, TAKE THE OTHER AIRLINE! The airline they called to get us out of Tunis said this happens with them at least once a week. The rescuing airline was lovely though! Tunisair- Never, ever again!"

Punti negativi: "If only Carthage airport in Tunis had more immigration officers working. They raise costs in carriers but cannot hire a few more officials to work the immigration lines. This results in huge delays even if flights are on time."

The take off and landing were incredibly rough. Overall this flight was poor. The one bright spot was kind flight attendants."
