The pilot did a great introduction and gave information about the trip. Also the plane toilets were clean compared to other companies. Punti negativi: "Cabin crew in business class were not especially friendly and was really lazy during the welcome drink service. They did not even ask each passenger and greeted them to see if they want anything. Instead, they just held the tray of welcome drink and walked around the cabin once, then poured all the unconsumed welcome drinks into the bathroom. Service after take off was abysmal as well. No smile, no addressing passenger by name, all the service was done in a rush and a totally weird manner. The food is not very much to my liking since it heavily consisted of cheese, and there is literally no choice for you to get away with that. Having a traditional Turkish menu is great at one hand, but in this case it was a huge no-no."

24 hour delay due to a crew member arriving 1.5 h late. People clapped for this? Obscene. Will never fly delta again. A simple error could have been resolved by holding connecting flights for 15 minutes. But no, not enough passengers to cross the 8-10 person threshold. Lost $800 due to this malfeasance. Never flying delta again.

Wi-Fi didn’t work. Boarding was totally confusing. Guy next to me took more then his area. Constantly touching me pushing on me. Had a bag blocking getting out. Almost fell. Crew didn’t help

I hope you can provide my wife and I better service and an upgrade when we fly back to Washington DC on Flight AF 0054 from CDG to IAD. I work in the luxury hotel sector, and even the door men and room attendants have more autonomy to wow our guests. Flying AF does not want me to spend any more money with your airline in the future."

Eager to exercise her power, the security person did not seem to consider that she slowed down a long line of people waiting to be screened. I should add that I am 73 yrs old grey haired female who has traveled a lot both for pleasure and business during my entire life, often to some difficult places and that I do not argue with or provoke those in power in a situation like this. The yelling and the sending me repeatedly through the scanner, which did not beep once the watch was removed, was beyond anything I had experienced anywhere else. The sending me to the very end of the line seemed outright spiteful. (I did miss the plane connection.)"

It was so awful and so loud you couldn't even hear your own entertainment playing from your own headsets. I understand music while boarding and de-planing but there is absolutely no reason to have that playing that long after take off and hat soon before landing."

And today again coming to Nairobi the female crew came over serving snacks again and requested if I could have some wet wipes my hands were dirty dirty because had seen a crew handing out with to the people in the front raw but she answered me it was in the bank and she kept on and I again asked the male crew and he explained to me that they mostly don’t give wet wipes for short flights but I had wet wipes when I flew to Nairobi from Amsterdam and I had too when I left Nairobi to Uganda , what’s the point of serving foods when passengers gotta eat with dirty hands , and today again-the same female crew skipped the first raw of two males with snacks who were seated in front of us and even if they told her they missed the snacks, she stood there and called the male crew just unprofessionally to bring the snacks for the gentleman and she just never cared . I think they should do better thanks ."

I have never dealt with a company so at fault for an issue and so utterly unwilling to make up for it. First, they cancel the first of our 3 flights to Delhi 18 hrs before it is to leave. The flight they replaced it with would leave us 10 min to make the connection. So we went to the counter and they told us they'd hold the plane, as did the stewardess on the flight. They lied. The plane left 10 min before we landed. We were stranded. Also, I got food poisoning from their food. They did nothing to help. They would not pay for the hotel we wanted, when we asked they rudely served everyone else they stranded first. The employee would not call his supervisor or give his name. The next morning i saw a doctor but the stomache infection was so bad i couldn't sit up or walk. The doctor wrote this on my clearance to fly document. I needed to get to India to get better medical help. We presented this to the kenya airlines agent and she would do nothing to help. She had business class reclining seats available but would not upgrade me. Even after everything this shitty airline has caused. Unbelievable. Every step along the way of this nightmare could have been made better, so much better, by some human decency but instead we got rude disregard."

Then after an hour in a airline office they promised to hold my connection. When my flight landed on time, they did not hold my connection. So they changed my flight and didn’t follow through on the fix. We would now miss wedding activities and business meetings. Then my partner got sick and they refused to taxi us to hotel for the night but take a bus that leaves every three hours. Her sickness got worse and there was a Kenyan airlines doctor who evaluated her at the airport after waiting 40 minutes laying at check in with her crying due to pain. We had a medical release from the doctor saying she needed extra space to lay down but the check in manager refused to make room for her saying the flight is full and she would not upgrade her to accommodate the medical release because we had an economy ticket. My partner looked so bad that the flight crew considered kicking us off but eventually made the space for her to lay down and were helpful on the flight. This is this disgraceful and the worst experience I’ve had with any company."

They gave us a departure time 4 hours after our original departure time (1:20 am). 1:20 came and went without any more communication or information. 1:40 am arrived and someone from KQ showed up at our gate and said they do not have any additional information. We said there are children here and hungry, tired, frustrated people. We suggested they distribute waters or snacks, but that never happened. They just kept telling us they didnt know when the flight would take off (or if it would) nor when they would have any additional information. An hour later they made one announcement over the speaker at our gate that our flight was boarding at another gate. However, many people had fallen asleep on the floor as I had and I would have missed it if one of my fellow passengers hadnt woken me up to say that we were boarding. We then sat on the tarmac a while longer for reasons that were not explained and finally landed 7 hours later than scheduled. Very little effort was put into communicating to us, making our wait comfortable nor apologizing for the inconvenience. It was a very frustrating experience."

When I went to a Kenya Airway agent for assistance, I was advised to buy a new air ticket or pay a fee to have my flight changed, which I did and my flight was scheduled for the following day. The following day, the flight was delayed almost for two hours in Kigali and then 1.5 hours in Nairobi. Don't fly Kenya Airway! Their customer care service are terrible, their disability services very poor. Avoid this airline , please!"
