Punti positivi: Really nice crew, good food and wine, very attentive and accommodating. I’m used to flying spirit and Norwegian and this was a huge upgrade, though there’s not much in flight entertainment. Definitely good and cheap. Will fly again.

Punti negativi: I was rerouted to Madrid and did not have the correct timely information to cancel and rebook or to get a credit toward a future flight. There was no clear item on line to be used for my problem.

Punti positivi: The people on the plane were super nice and the flight was nice as well. the price was cheaper than many others.

Punti negativi: I am used to traveling continents with other companies. There has always been 2 check in bags allowed with no extra charge as long as you are under 23kg on each. I get to the airport with my 2 bags ready, TAP tells me on large holidays, they only allow 1 bag to be checked to my specific African destination until January 11. And that one bag will cost me $120. They will not let me have the second one. Who does that? How much sense is this supposed to have. I checked with others and they do not do that. That rule rule is unfair and racist. Now that I am back, I have a bag missing. Wow!

Punti negativi: Che all'andata pagando 10 € avevo il secondo bagaglio a mano in cabina mentre al ritorno allo stesso prezzo ho dovuto caricarlo in stiva. C'è però di positivo che non ho atteso neanche un minuto al momento del ritiro; ritiro praticamente immediato quindi ok. Una cosa solo......potrebbero offrire almeno un bicchiere d'acqua durante il volo.

Punti negativi: Check in was horrific. We weren’t able to print our boarding passes earlier. Not easy to do in Morocco. We were hassled at Marrakech airport. Had to wait in separate line for boarding pass-backed up for a half hour. They HAND WROTE BOARDING PASS. And charged us an additional 100 Euros. Inappropriate

Punti negativi: Delayed by 30 hours with very little assistance, no money or spare clothes. Shocking treatment by TAP staff. Will NEVER fly with them again.

Punti negativi: We called the day before to ask about baggage and was told was included in price of ticket. Only to get to airport and be told was not included and cost 95 euro per bag. absolutely unacceptable and will warn all future associates that travel to Portugal

Those only permitted a small bag in cabin not policed with much larger bags than allowed permitted. Some wheelie bags tagged and charged for as too big. I wanted a hold bag of 20 kgs but was charged for two

Punti negativi: they charge priorety and seat a jot of money. i payed 180 euros for the ticket flight.but there was not any prirety like it was in my flight from budapest to ovda.i also pay to the seat and before taking off sll the payed seat become full and the stuff did not care. Next time i will not buy prioret

Punti positivi: TAP serves edible cheese sandwiches. First time in years I eat plane food and don’t immediately regret it.

Punti negativi: I travel with an international carry-on designed to fit in comoartments above seats in any and all planes (Tumi alpha 2 International), and yet TAP would claim it was too large to fit and forced me to check it. My problem is not only the wait once we land, but most improtsntly that the bags are beat up in the journey. Indeed, my carry-on arrived with several scratches on the plastic edges as well as some signs of worn on the textile. Because of this carry-on baggage size restrictions, I will not fly TAP airlines again (unless I can travel with my hand purse only).
