Jin Air wouldn't issue a boarding pass because my flight was at 8 AM the following day. I ended up sleeping at the predept area until the counter opened."

I was left with the impression that flight attendants were picked more for looks than competence. Checking in at Incheon took a very long time - they should open more counters or give warning to passengers of how long it can take."

Luckily the people in seats 32F & 32G were kind enough to let me in and out (I got out mostly while the lady in seat 32F was getting out of her seat.) Mostly the other experiences were good overall."

The checkin staff at Delhi Airport was very rude. Instead of solving the problem they started shouting. Also there was no one to pick helpline of Singapore Airlines. Must avoid Singapore Airlines if you have another options.

The food was of much higher quality as well compared to other airlines I traveled with on this trip."

The comfort of the bigger seats was just excellent and they looked newer. On my flight back from Frankfurt to NYC that was the best flight I ever have taken."

I could not select a seat when I checked in on line - even though it was 20 hours before my flight. Even though I was traveling alone I could only get a middle seat. There were no non-meat food choices for the meal. We could not hear the announcements at boarding - no one knew what was being said."

Punti negativi: "Siamo partiti con un'ora di ritardo, rispetto a tutti gli altri voli fatti su stessa tratta hanno aspettato decisamente troppo per servire la cena, mettendoci poi un'eternità, personale disorganizzato. I bagni non erano puliti e un lavabo era intasato sin dalla partenza. Causa ritardo iniziale la discesa è stata rapidissima con conseguente disagio. Atterrati abbiamo dovuto aspettare altri 15 minuti che l'aereo avesse uno spot libero."

Punti negativi: "Not at all accommodating of dietary restrictions. It was a very long flight to not have any options for food, and crew acted very put out when we asked if there were any other options. Checked our carry on luggage for being "too heavy" in spite of the fact that it was the exact same luggage we carried on for the flight out which meets all necessary size restrictions. Boarding was very disorganized, no announcements were being made, flight attendants were simply holding up signs at chest level which were completely blocked by the crowd."

Punti negativi: "I booked roundtrip flights in two legs, so Jet Blue, Emirates, Emirates, Jet Blue. The two airlines didn't seem to interface. In each direction for some reason, I was unable to check in online for the second flight, which didn't make sense (so Emirates there and Jet Blue back). On top of that, neither could give me boarding passes that would work for the other. The customer service kiosk took about 15 minutes to get this done for Jet Blue in JFK."
Punti positivi: "The seats were quite spacious and comfortable. The crew was very friendly and helpful. They actually seemed genuinely happy to be of assistance (a rarity, especially on 9 hour flights!)."
Punti negativi: "Boarding was a fair disaster. No structure or communication about lines. Unclear who was boarding and when. Like a slow-moving stampede. The food was actually very yummy. I just prefer fresh food to be included. Like fruit. Didn't use any entertainment."

The overall experience was okay

they can provide Airbus A380 from AUH to ORD as it is a very long flight

Food is horrible compared how it was in ETihad few years ago so is staff who doesn’t want to help the people at all.

Unusually slow checking process. Can improve on that. Food was okay but can improve on that also.
