I had an hour between flights, and the first flight landed just five minutes late. The gate for the second flight had already closed by the time I cleared the first security checkpoint. It would have been completely impossible to make it to the gate on time. Turkish put me up in a hotel, etc., for the night, and there were dozens of people in similar situations. But the airline shouldn't offer connections that are totally impossible."

I had my Covid test done 72 hours before departure to my Dubai flight. At the counter I was told that the 72 hours is at arrival in Dubai. So I was not able to board. This does not make sense because no airline requires/counts the 72 hours at arrival. So I had to purchase another ticket with another airline.

There was a woman crying because she wanted to sit next to me and the flight attendant told her no and that she needs to go back to her assigned seat. If seats are available after boarding they will move her to another seat is what the flight attendant said. Alot of male passengers volunteered to move to accommodate the women that cannot sit next to a man. As a suggestion maybe while booking a ticket a passenger can select the option of sitting next to women or men only. My screen stopped working about an hour into the 12 hour flight. More options for food would be another suggestion."

Clearly this is a made up rule as all social media accounts are blasted with peoples photos. As well- I work in aviation over 8 years and have never heard about this rule. The fact that he choice to stand on the other side of the aircraft and yell at me, instead of walking up to me and explain nicely was not acceptable. Later I’m the flight, I suggested to him that proper procedure is walking up to the person instead of yelling across, my just that he didn’t apologize, he even replied with a very nasty comment. And this was the flight manager. What I can say for sure, is: NEVER AGAIN FLYING ROYAL JORDANIAN!!!!"

The flight was delayed for almost two hours. We had to wait in the bus before boarding for 30’.

Pessimi per quanto riguarda il ceckin. Non mi è stato possibile fare il ceckin online perché siamo all’ndata che al ritorno mi dava un errore dovuta al loro sito e mi hanno fatto pagare 41,50 per il ceckin in aeroporto a Malpensa.Gia all’andata avevo inviato un’email di reclamo ma non c’è stata risposta! Penosi!! Peggio della Ryan Air! In futuro eviterò Wizz Air!!!

I wasn't the only one at least 20 people queuing on the return with the same issue. Additionally on the delay out they advised food could be brought at the rear of the plane then inflight ran out so some people ate twice while by the time I got to my hotel they had stopped serving food and I had not eaten in the airport sorting out the boarding passes."

Goo clean aircraft. Friendly crew,late departure,however most of the delay was made up. Only negative was standing for a long period on the apron waiting to board,especially as I have difficulty standing for any period of time.

Cheap price ticket and understandable that they charge extra for everything including choosing seats but for 99.5% of all other airlines that default to assigning you a free seat if you don’t pay… they always seat you with you together if you’re a pair. Ryanair literally played musical chairs with everyone. Everyone was spending time moving around and asking if people were willing to switch so they could sit next to their friend. Wow way to make a point that you must pay or else.
