Getting luggage in place used to be a simple and minor issue, now it occupies much of the time, energy, and attention of the cabin crew as well as the gate crew. I realize this is making money for Delta but the cost is being paid by people being hit in the head with luggage and the crew's unavailability to deal with other issues."

"This flight was intense. It was overcrowded, people weren’t following Covid guidelines. And in general, was a mess due to young kids causing a lot of noise and disturbance. I ended up with a headache the entire flight because of it."

Upon arrival in Phoenix, the captain wearily announced that there was no ground crew awaiting us, so we had to wait some time on the tarmac there to disembark. Never before had I heard a airline captain encourage the passengers to write a letter of complaint to his employer."

Before boarding the plane, we were not able to find out whether any food would be served and the extent of what might be provided. After getting on board, we were offered the chance to buy food. The complementary food was a cookie and a few ounces of soda or juice. Movies were available, but not headphones for listening to them. Leg space under the seat in front of us was reduced to make room for life vests."

First plane arrives before second however we were told that even though all the passengers had been transferred to second plane they were unable to transfer us back to the first plane. The first plane ended up leaved to go back to Nassau empty and we we're all forced to wait for the second plane. Flight crew we're disorganized, confused and not on the same page."

Directed us to look at the information boards but they are few and far between. We had plenty of time so it wasn't a critical issue, but was surprised at their lack of even feigning assistance. Sort of every man for themselves attitude."
