Punti positivi: "Il personale estremamente attento e gentile. Non è facile lavorare con le maschere e occhiali per tutta la durata del volo. Trovo che hanno fatto di tutto per rendere il nostro viaggio sicuro dal puto di vista della battaglia contro il virus."
Punti negativi: "Da viaggiatore assiduo Emirates, posso dire che in passato il cibo era meglio e più "speciale". Capisco che in questi tempi pochi euro di risparmio sono un grande aiuto. Per migliorare in Emirates devono solo fare quello che facevano qualche anno fa. Comunque sono sempre tra i migliori."

I had just come off another Emirates flight but this was old tatty plane, the seating squashed. The plane was delayed on the runway for around 40 mins but no announcement made, the stewards were unresponsive when people pressed the buzzer."

Seat width better than A380 and also less tomb like when reclined to nearly flat bed."

Bullying, rude and totally unsympathetic to the fact that having brought water from the first plane to the second plane we had to either drink it or throw it away. One guy in particular, a tall greying man evoked the worst stereotypes of brutal secret policemen. Perhaps he formerly worked for Stasi or he was having testosterone problems. Moreover, the seat commands are operated by "light touch" placed just below the wrist and hand, so the seat keeps moving all the time."

We had to carry our luggage down 2 flights of stairs to get on a bus, which then transported us a very long ways away on the tarmac. Then it was an older model plane and the engine noise, even though we were up front, was extremely loud! It was somewhat worrisome. The food was terrible and by the end of the 90 minute flight our rears were sore from the poor seat cushioning. Not a good experience at all. All of this was after a terrible experience and delay just trying to connect flights within the German airport and the security delays that probably would have made us lose our flight if it wasn't delayed. There needs to be a better system if you are not staying in Germany but just connecting flights from the same airline!"

I had an entire row to myself on the United flight to DC, which softened the blow as well but the flight to Munich from IAD was great (2-28-18)"

Punti positivi: "On both of my flights to New York City, I was amazed at how friendly and helpful the flight attendants were to the passengers. On my short flight from Basel to Amsterdam, a young French speaking girl was concerned about how to manage getting to her next gate. The flight attendants talked to her and arranged for someone to take her there. On my longer flight from Amsterdam to New York City, there was a customer who was in distress about missing a previous flight and not making it to her connecting flight in New York. One of the flight attendants reassured her until she stopped crying and calmed down. That same flight attendant was always so positive and cheerful in all she did. The rest of the crew was top notch. This was my best experience flying in such a long time. Well done, KLM crews of flights 1984 and 0645 on July 10!"

Overall their flights are usually on time. The food is reasonable on flights leaving New York but on flights out of Moscow the food is really poor, sometimes even inedible! The English announcements are almost impossible to understand but that is the same on many airlines."
