Great and courteous staff! Comfortable plane
First off I had to print out the health form at London and it cost 6.00 US dollars .The airline should provide this . Second the airline upon checking in said they didn’t have my suitcase that I checked in and I must go back to British Airways to find out . RAM had no idea where my bag was even though they had assured me the bag would make its way to my final destination . Third the plane was dirty, and no TVs for the long 4 hour flight. Definitely would not recommend flying RAM.

Many passengers took the wrong seats and discrepancies in passenger count delayed the flight. At one point a family was asked to move, and take their carry-ons, but they were eventually allowed to return to their seats. Somehow it was resolved and we left. No personal TV , but overhead tv showed moving map for a while, then they switched to cartoons without sound. Airlines generally don't provide the best service or use the newest aircraft on African routes, so this was typical."

On our return connecting flight between Casablanca and JFK we had to go through three separate security checks despite the fact that we had already gone through security in Barcelona. Punti negativi: "Upon Boarding the plane, I was looking for somewhere to store my large backpack in an overhead bin, and instead of assisting or just waiting their turn, the crew is squeezing past me, forcing me to shove my bag into someone's face as I move to the side. This happened twice as I was headed to my seat. No "excuse me", "pardon" or nothing. Barely any English was spoken and I was yelled at to remove my headphones for landing when my music wasn't even playing, (although on any other flight, a device in airplane mode is not a problem). During the flight, the crew was extremely chatty and loud in the back of the cabin disturbing conversations I was trying to have with the person next to me. "Entertainment" was a kids tv show when I doubt that kids can even see the screen. No sound."

No food or just snacks were served. No entertainment. It is a pity that travelers in Africa are awarded such disregard!"

They used the seatbelt light to keep people sat down during each trolley service - come on, it there’s turbulence, you don’t serve drinks. Oh and I don’t know why they are allowed to say “Low fares airline” as it clearly isn’t."

We arrived at the airport 2 1/2 hrs before boarding time. After waiting in line the agent told us the check in was closed and we had to pay 55 Euros each JUST TO GET OUR BOARDING PASS. It’s paper with a bar code on it! And we had an issue checking in online. You’re supposed to check in with RyanAir 2 hrs before the plane leaves and we were 4 mins late by the time we waited in line and got to the agent. Nope, still had to pay for paper. Not to mention we had paid extra for priority check in at book. Sure felt like just a cash machine for them. Charge for water too. Awful awful company. I will never fly with them again."
