There was a long line waiting for check in, but people working were patient and professional and moved the queue efficiently.Recensione del 31 ago 2023

Midway were great but did not have the booking made through Kayak.... They helped us out anyway. Apparently this is not the first time a Kayak booking was not on their system.Recensione del 29 ago 2023

Midway does not specify in its initial email that it requires two forms of picture identification. I had to manage to go back home, pick a second form of picture ID beside my driver licence, and go back to the Midway office before it would close. I belive they have been victims of fraud and car theft. Nonetheless, it was stressful on me to return on time, within 1 hour of my original reservation time.Recensione del 28 ago 2023

Everything went well. Only minor issue was waiting in line for almost an hour in order to get rental car, likely due to huge number of travelers to LA during this time. Other than that, can't complain.Recensione del 14 ago 2023

I ended up walking to another rental car company and renting from them because their shuttle never picked me up from the dark shuttle lot that the airport shuttle dropped me off at. When I called their number that was listed on a sign at the shuttle lot it didn’t go through. When I called the number in the confirmation email I found out they closed at 9 and do my delayed flight meant that I landed after they closed for the night.Recensione del 13 lug 2023

Don’t let hell the cheap prices fool you, there’s a reason they’re so cheap. The service is god awful and I nearly missed my flight because of their slow pace, despite arriving 3 hours before my flight.Recensione del 8 lug 2023
