I have never been treated so well at a rental car place. The gal that helped us was so kind and bubbly. We accidentally rented the car somewhere else and she was able to fix everything, match the price and get us on our way.Recensione del 4 ago 2023

Hertz’s policy of choosing from a pool of cars (rather than a substitution chosen by them) was a great way to rent car that I normally would not have paid extra for. I called in day before just to ensure a smooth vacation and was told there were no vehicles available. They never call me to inform. It was a nightmare.
