Nu Car Rentals are generally an 8 am -5pm operation. You must check where to return the car after hours when you check in to avoid problems later on. My after hours check in for San Diego Airport was with a parking company named Aladdin. They provided the shuttle to the airport.Recensione del 4 mag 2023

We got to nu car on the day of our rental and was informed that they had no cars. There must have been over 15 people waiting for cars. Horrible experience. I’m sure it wasn’t the representatives fault but everyone was blaming someone else. No leadership or taking responsibility! They did not have cars...ran out. The alternative company they brought me to to find a car could not accommodate my reservation for different pick up and drop off. I asked them for a refund and have not received one, are you able to help with this?Recensione del 15 feb 2023
