Hertz’s policy of choosing from a pool of cars (rather than a substitution chosen by them) was a great way to rent car that I normally would not have paid extra for. Drop off location in Vegas is very hard to find. It was at the 10th floor in the parking garage .. no sign until you are up there.. drop box was so small with no sign… took us 20 mins to find drop off location and another 15 mins to find the box :(Recensione del 9 lug 2023

Kayak quoted me at one price and I ended up being charged a different price. I’ve had to open a claim to resolve the issue. Will never use kayak or hertz to book a car again.Recensione del 30 mag 2023

I reserved a Tesla and have Hertz Gold. When I arrived we were all being told that there was a 45 minute to 1 hour wait for a Tesla despite the fact that there were MANY Teslas in the lot. If you don't have enough cars of a specialty type - DON"T TAKE THE RESERVATION. By the time I was told this I didn't have the ability to go with a different car company but I will definitely NOT let that happen again.Recensione del 18 apr 2023

Feel like I was not listened to. Rented a Tesla model 3. Elected for the charge it myself option and not pay the 35$ flat fee for brining it back at any charge level. Brought it back at the same charge level I got it at 67% and they charged me the 35$ anyway without talking to me at drop off. Will be complaining about it.Recensione del 16 apr 2023

While the representative (JT, who I believe may be the shift manager), was very helpful and professional (as it was super busy that morning), he informed me that I’d have to wait for a Tesla, as they were either not yet returned, or currently charging.
