Great car, easy pickup, drop-off could use improvement
Punti positivi: Loved the new Fiat Panda for our week in Italy. Peppy, good looking, and enough trunk space for our bags. Rep at pickup was friendly and quick, and car was ready immediately.
Punti negativi: Dropped off before office was open to catch an early flight and didn't see a key box. Lot attendants were in short supply and there was general confusion among customers. Finally found an attendant who told us where to park, but it was really unclear where the keys should be left, so I had to leave them in ignition or risk missing our fight. Felt uncomfortable with the whole thing.

Auto fantastica, facile prelievo, rientro potrebbe essere migliorato
Punti positivi: Ci è piaciuta molto la nuova Fiat Panda per la nostra settimana in Italia. Peppy, buon aspetto, e abbastanza spazio bagagliaio per le nostre borse. REP al ritiro è stato cordiale e veloce, e l'auto è stata pronta immediatamente.
Punti negativi: È stato lasciato l'ufficio prima che fosse aperto per prendere un volo anticipato e non è stato possibile vedere una cassetta delle chiavi. Gli addetti ai lotti erano in breve fornitura e c'era confusione generale tra i clienti. Infine, un addetto ci ha detto dove parcheggiare, ma non era chiaro dove le chiavi dovrebbero essere lasciate, quindi ho dovuto lasciarle nell'ignizione o rischiare di perdere la nostra lotta. Ci sentivamo a disagio con tutto.
