Van was big enough for our party of 8 and luggage. However, the van was clearly dated. The van had stains on the seats, the air conditioning did not work reliably, the wind shield fluid was empty. We had a great time in our trip despite the van.Recensione del 3 ago 2023

Finding pickup location was not as easy and when we tried to call, no one ever answered. Luckily an airport employee helped us find the correct pick up location. Once we got to correct location, everything else was nice and pleasant.Recensione del 29 lug 2023

So glad we found AVR. Every other rental car company at LAX was fully sold out. We rented a Chrysler Pacifica. No wait and no line at the counter - easy to find inside the Four Points hotel. We also rented a car seat (slightly dirty but they wiped it down for us). Liked how you return the vehicle on empty. Drop off a breeze too (no line). I was not told the office closes at 6pm- our flight was delayed and we arrived at 620pm at the desk only to find it closed. We had to rent another car from another company and lost the rental moneyRecensione del 6 feb 2023

I don't think this is even a real company. For you own peace of mind, go with a car rental company you have heard of. This fly-by-night operation did not have a car when I got to the airport. And, I am not really sure they even exist.Recensione del 31 gen 2023

They appear to be much cheaper in their posting, but there are tons of hidden costs above and beyond what you see with other rental car companies. So it ends up being just as expensive as any other company, except there is no shuttle that takes you all the way there and they have limited vehicle options. Everything was falling apart the drivers door handle kept coming off the side passenger door looks like the rubber on the door was coming off and the door would not lock so the car would blink at the door was open the air conditioning vents all came off the van overall was good I think it just needs a more of a check up not just getting it cleaned for the customerRecensione del 20 set 2022

They say there’s a shuttle but it never comes. We finally had to catch the budget shuttle which drops across the street after almost 2 hours of waiting. Then we got there and we were given our car and it was so dirty, old and stained. For the price, it’s to be expected so it’s hard to complain but it would have taken someone 30 minutes to at least clean the inside and out and I wouldn’t have been so upset.Recensione del 15 ago 2022
