Unfamiliar with the area. Accidentally made rental with a site in Phoenix that was not at the airport where I thought it was. I was offered a car for $500 more for 2.5 days. I was not offered anything less expensive to pick up a car on site. I walked next-door to a competitor and got a better deal than I had originally gotten with Hertz. I was charged for a gallon of gas when I had just filled it up. The clerk was adamant it wasn’t full. The nightly drop off box didn’t work, and the smirky clerk said the next day everything was working fine.Recensione del 20 mag 2023

Paid for BMW 5 series, was assigned a small Jaguar SUV. I selected nearest drop off to our hotel, and ended up with a 25 min and $20 Uber back to our hotel instead of the drop location I picked. Disappointed.Recensione del 11 mag 2023

I had to cancel my reservation 4 days in advance my data passed and was still charged a $100 for the cancelation the guy on the phone didn't want to hear it or work with me on that at all so now I'm not happy with I'm priceline who the car was throughRecensione del 7 feb 2023

The drop off was very good. But getting the car was terrible. It took over 1 1/2 hrs to get a car. There was no one at the counter for 20 minutes. Then one showed up with 25 people in line by then. I had tried three days earlier to signed up on the Hertz app but it said it was not available. I have used Hertz many times for work but not in Phoenix. They were all good experiences. Picked up car - it was filthy on outside. Had to stop at car wash before starting our trip. Staff was slow and poorly empowered to make decisions. Poorly supportive. When we dropped car off - no one around, no space for safe drop off.Recensione del 21 nov 2022
