Friendly staff. What could of been better:. we were told it would be $65 which included the tax, to add a driver, which ended up being $85. Also, we were told we could use cash to pay for extra driver which ended up not being true.Recensione del 31 mag 2023

Was told car would have a full tank of gas and so I would need to refill it completely when I return it. I leave the airport and immediately notice it’s less than 75% full. Too late now. I refueled 100% before dropping off. Kinda feel ripped off.Recensione del 21 mag 2023

One person checking out cars. You share same space at phx with Avis. Avis had several agents help Avis customers Took 40 minutes to get my car. Avis was getting their people out in under 5 minutes. If you need the same counter space, and same agency in Phoenix, then you need to step it up with Payless or close down it’s sucked.Recensione del 11 mag 2023

The desk workers were great! They worked so hard, and so fast, even though there was only two of them. It wasn’t their fault that there was only two of them for a line of like 30 people. The problem was booking through kayak. It’s that our price would be $150, but after we booked it it changed to $208 unexpectedly. That was incredibly frustrating.Recensione del 26 apr 2023

Line at the rental car agency was 30 plus minutes to pick up my car. Then when I got to the parking area to pick it up that was 15 minutes as well. Need more staff and support in these areas. Car was clean and comfortable. Thanks.Recensione del 21 mar 2023

A fairly long wait to get helped at check in- then they had to substitute cars. Not sure that we got the FULL size that we really needed for 5 people to be comfortable but we made it work. Drop off was very disorganized. There was only 1 employee there and we had no idea what we were supposed to do. Finally someone said just leave the keys in the car and then you can get out. No one came to look at the car or check it in. We did not know if we were supposed to leave or not. No signage either.Recensione del 31 gen 2023
