The only good thing they had going was they provided water for people waiting. On the down side they did not have cars available, was over an hour wait and charged much more over and above the kayak price. In Australia if you book hire cars online you have insurance included and no more to pay at the outlet. My experience so far with USA car rental is they just charge what they want on top with various extra fees, insurance and taxes. Overall very disappointed.Recensione del 10 ago 2023

We were told the return was at 2 p.m. the next day. I brought it back right before 2 & they charged for 2 day rental. I asked the guy to make an adjustment & he said sorry it is policy & looked the other way. Way too many other car companies to rent from.Recensione del 17 feb 2023

Line up was at least 60-80 people long, and not moving when I arrived. Ended up abandoning the car that I had already paid for because the line hadn't moved in an hour, and I was going to miss the wedding I had flown in for. It looked like there weren't anywhere near enough cars in the Budget parking lot as there were customers. Most of the other line ups for other car rental companies were empty. Pick up process was a f'in NIGHTMARE.....literally took 2 HOURS from waiting in line to waiting in another LONG LINE just to get the damn car!!!
