Ease of pickup and drop off was great. However, car was dirty. Visible grime on may surfaces. Trash throughout vehicle including artificial nails. Car exterior condition was fair at best. I loved the in person customer service. They are the absolute best in both my pick up and drop off locations! They treated me very well and I am grateful for their help through it all. Something that could improve was clarity. I was not made aware about the policies that I committed to when it came to renting a car. It would be nice to know the pricing breakdown and why I felt like I was being overcharged. Also the customer service on the phone was confusing, not helpful, and rude.Recensione del 2 nov 2021

Punti negativi:There was confusion regarding the class of vehicle. We had a luxury class vehicle reserved and I believe we only got a premium class vehicle. We dropped the car at Las Vegas Airport instead of a hotel which was 3 miles from the airport. Enterprise wants to charge me another $300.00 drop off fee in addition to the original $400 for a one-way charge!Recensione del 23 mag 2021
