Waited in line for over an hour at the airport to process my reservation because they only had 2 employees working the counter. Then went to the lot and waited 40 minutes while the car was cleaned.Recensione del 3 apr 2023

I was very surprised with the very good car rental service since I could choose my own car, I will definitely rent a car from Dollar mrein when I come back to the US. ThanksRecensione del 18 feb 2023

Mid-sized SUV was extremely small, and not mid-sized. We had to wait for a car to be cleaned and ready despite having a reservation. Staff was very friendly though.Recensione del 18 mag 2022

Line was insanely long (easily over an hour) and I was only in town less than 24 hours. Ended up renting another car from National as they did not have a single person in line.Recensione del 2 mag 2022

We arrived at Phoenix Sky Harbor airport on a Saturday evening and found that, although we had a confirmed reservation, there were no cars available at Dollar. We went to the Thrifty desk and after waiting in line for an hour found there were some cars available, but there would be a two hour wait for its preparation. We then went to Avis and received prompt professional service for our car rental. Never again will we rent from Dollar.Recensione del 10 apr 2022

This was the worst rental experience of my life. There was over a 2 hour wait at the counter with over 100 people in line because there were only 3 employees working the counter. Also I prepaid for a full sized car but received a smaller one because they were out of full size and arbitrarily downgraded me instead of upgraded me so I was overcharged. I will never use Dollar, Priceline, or Kayak again.Recensione del 6 apr 2022

Hate to leave a review like this, but waited in line for a couple of hours at the Phoenix airport and were never able to pick up our car. I think the employees were doing the best they could on a crazy day, but we finally had to give-up and get to our wedding. Now are having endless conversations w/ Priceline to try and get refund : (Recensione del 5 apr 2022

Pick-up in PHX airport a disaster. Dollar counter was closed--on a Saturday afternoon--and Thrifty counter next door had a line. Then after the paperwork was done, I had to go downstairs to wait in another line before being given a car that smelled like smoke and already had damage to the rear bumper. Oh, and this was notwithstanding the high prices car rental companies are charging across the board.Recensione del 3 apr 2022

Thé wait time was a bit long to check in but our service lady was very nice and I loved that we got to pick our car!Recensione del 2 mar 2022

It took over 30 minutes to get from the airport to the rental car location via shuttle, then another 15-20 min in line at the desk then I stood in line outside in the cold for 40 minutes waiting for a car. The person in-front of me had rented an SUV and there still wasn’t one after waiting 40 min so he took a little Ford Focus. Hopefully he got his money back. Anyway it was an unexpectedly long time to just pick up a car.Recensione del 26 feb 2022
