Punti positivi:I liked selecting and booking my rental through the online services.Punti negativi:I did not like that I could not make changes or that customer service stated they could not make changes and I had to call Fox or Priceline to make changes to the purchase. Punti positivi:Nothing. We spent 2 hours waiting in line at the car rental place waiting for our car. When I asked the gentlemen if this was typical, I advised me that I should call another rental company that charges more if I want better service.Punti negativi:Stop undercutting your competition and then thinking that 3-4 people on staff will be able to handle 100 people coming in at once. Punti negativi:The line for pickup was ridiculous. The process should be more efficient and/or hire more people. When I got the car, no one walked me around it...and there were a couple areas of significant damage. How do I avoid getting that blamed on me? I had to walk back to ask a representative...then take pictures of the damage. That should be YOUR job, not mine.
