I thought I was renting a budget rental car at the Tampa international airport! Waited in line for 45minutes and was told that I was at the wrong location and they could not match the price ! I was directed take a Uber to the other budget location and while in route the location closed at 1:45pm so no rental car ! I will never rent from budget or go thru kayak again !!! At Tampa airport we waited close to 2 hours on a line at Budget. All the workers were rude when the people asked what the wait was. We were told they had no cars . How can that be? Every single person had a reservation. They sent an employee to check each and every person's reservation on the line of at least 100 people . I checked all the other car rental places there but nobody would rent to us without a reservation. I will never ever rent from Budget. again .Recensione del 21 feb 2023
