The agent at the counter told us we did not need a toll pass and we did. We went through one toll. I told them and they would not remove the FINE with the toll. For this reason, I will not rent from them again.Recensione del 9 lug 2023

Was supposed to get a full-size SUV (Pathfinder or equivalent), but was given a medium-size SUV (2022 Ford Explorer) instead, with no reduction in price. Maybe Dollar Rental thought I wouldn’t know the difference in SUV sizes. Car was clean, but nothing special.Recensione del 1 ago 2022

45 minutes of waiting to access the counter And a guy who tells , you are 30 mn early you have to pay a extra day !!!!! I returned the car 7 hours early !! 45 minutes to be able to leave the parking lot… only one agent at the exit and around thirty vehicles waiting to get out! the vehicles are not clean, papers, Kleenex, straw former tenants, Very dirty interior windshield, damaged vehicle bumps scratches. Tampa airport car rental is always super quick, easy, and simple for pick up and return. We love it and this is the first time we went with dollar. Staff was great and friendly. TIA is the nicest and cleanest airport I’ve ever been to as of late. The efficiency and space is so well though out, and the rental car setup carries on that momentum with easy pickup and quick drop off. Thank you!
