The guy who showed me to my vehicle was very friendly and helpful. The long line was not fun. I couldn’t understand the agent who spoke to me very well. All of the extra charges were horrible! The amount I was shown online compared to the amount I was given when I was physically at the rental place was about double the amount. The pick up process was absolute chaos. We waited for more than an hour, and when we asked the employee if this level of busy chaos was normal, he said a normal wait was 2.5 hours! Instead of a transaction that should take 10-15 minutes the wait was over an hour. Then there was an issue getting out of the lot and I had to wait another 20+ minutes. It basically made me miss a large amount of work and made the day a disaster. Will never go there again.Recensione del 16 lug 2023
