I was overcharged. Also I got there for my reservation time and they had no car available. So I decided to upgrade for way too much money. And even after the up charge I was still over chargedRecensione del 30 ago 2023

2 hours to pickup our vehicle. The employees prioritized preparing un-reserved cars over customers who were waiting for theirs.Recensione del 24 ago 2023

Experience was awful. Warehouse type setting, dark, dingy. Long lines and a very long wait. Vehicle was supposed to be ready at 10 am and roughly 1 pm we were told our vehicle wasn’t ready and if we’d like to upgrade they would get us one for about 350.00$ extra. The whole scene was just awful.Recensione del 18 ago 2023

The experience I had at fox car rental was absolutely positively horrendous. I waited with two little girls for 2 1/2 hours in hellish conditions in that warehouse and when I arrived at the desk they told me that they had canceled my reservation and could not provide me with a reason why. Whatever you do do not for any reason come anywhere near that place it is absolutely awful!Recensione del 20 lug 2023

Two complaints: - site vs. pickup differences: They made the case for toll fee coverage, which made sense to add. Wish it was known / an option at checkout, and that things like car seat fees were more clear at checkout on the site, rather than surprises at pickup. - drop off signage: The literal route from entering the parking lot to where the car should go was very unclear. Seems easy to fix with better signage and cones.Recensione del 6 lug 2023

The line is just so long in those big warehouse. It just wraps around with two agents working usually. They do have your rental, and once you get to the agent, it is fine. And drop off is easy and quick. But the wait for so many people renting is just incredible.Recensione del 6 lug 2023

The clerk kept trying to talk us into paying for more things, and was unclear about the prices.Recensione del 29 giu 2023

SUV was in terrible condition - 72000 miles, full of scratches and dents, hole in carpet on driver side, front end vibrated at 60 mph. Had to wait 90 minutes in line to pick up car.Recensione del 5 giu 2023
