Horrible experience . Mentioned many times I didn't need extra insurance. I showed the representative what we had purchased. Additional insurance was added when we were exhausted, jetlagged and didn't understand what was being added..why didn't she listen to us. We spoke with management but if course they sided with the employee. We will not deal with Hertz again nor will we give positive recommendations for itRecensione del 30 ago 2023

The pick up was fine. They gave me an old and worn Chevy Tahoe after telling me there were no other options on the lot. When I went outside to find it, it was literally sitting next to a brand new model. I went back and said I preferred the new model and they let me switch, worked out in the end but very annoying.Recensione del 16 ago 2023

Waiting for almost an hour for a car that was booked to be told they didn’t have the car class that was reserved. “That’s the point of the reservation!” Two families before us we’re waiting even longer with the same issue. They said that we may have up to a 45 min wait for the car. A bit disappoi8nting given that we'd scheduled a pick up time and we met that window. We'd travelled overnight, so waiting another hour would have been a huge inconvenience. Luckily, after a couple of minutes, the assistant appeared with our keys.Recensione del 16 giu 2022

Reservation system not responsive to changes we made to length of the rental period after the initial reservation was made and before travel began. Had to wait for a manager to adjust the records when we returned the car. Manager very competent and pleasant, but it took extra time to adjust the record just because the online reservation system not working and the "customer service" telephone system also not workingRecensione del 12 nov 2021
