Experience was awful. Warehouse type setting,dark,dingy. Long lines and a very long wait. Vehicle was supposed to be ready at 10 am and roughly 1 pm we were told our vehicle wasn’t ready and if we’d like to upgrade they would get us one for about 350.00$ extra. The experience I had at fox car rental was absolutely positively horrendous. I waited with two little girls for 2 1/2 hours in hellish conditions in that warehouse and when I arrived at the desk they told me that they had canceled my reservation and could not provide me with a reason why. Two complaints: - site vs. pickup differences: They made the case for toll fee coverage, which made sense to add. Wish it was known / an option at checkout, and that things like car seat fees were more clear at checkout on the site, rather than surprises at pickup. - drop off signage: The literal route from entering the parking lot to where the car should go was very unclear. The line is just so long in those big warehouse. It just wraps around with two agents working usually. They do have your rental, and once you get to the agent, it is fine. And drop off is easy and quick. But the wait for so many people renting is just incredible.Recensione del 6 lug 2023
