Hours due to engine issues and they had to get a new plane so the rerouted two flights had To be canceled And I was stuck overnight again in Dallas. No one met me at the gate or had anything to say to me. Not really one ounce of customer service . I could tell it was Hard with the airport closing due to weather but this is an international flight and someone could have done something to help me just navigate the process over the three day period. One woman who I finally talked to in Frankfurt spent an hour with me when i was utterly exhausted and there were No more flights or hotels left She was To be commended. The rest was chaos and exhausting and I still have another flight tomorrow."

Punti positivi: "Munich airport on other hand. We got to the airport several hours in advanced. Everything from getting a boarding pass to checking and weighing in your own bag was electronically. Long lines and majority of the systems were not working. After trying several machines and being directed into 3 different lines I finally was able to check my bag in. I had to leave my other family members who were flying with me as they were in another line. At the machine to check my bag in , a airport worker ran up to my bag and slammed it onto the ground as well as ripped off my luggage tags. My bag was upright on the conveyer belt instead of on its side , but how rude the airport workers are, is rediculous. After I asked why she did that she just began ordering me around to move my bag after I got my bag through the machine I asked to speak to a manager as the airport worker was extremely rude and unprofessional. No one would give me the time of day and the same airport working out her hand in my face saying repeatedly goodbye in German. I've never experienced anything like this in my entire life. Trying to get through security a few travelers on a thin patience level started pushing people in line trying to by pass others it was so very chaotic workers had to go in between. Those travelers were complaining, because disabled travelers had a separate line that was faster. The worst airport experience I've ever had. Once on the plane everyone was pleasant. Crew was very helpful and always willing to assists"

Before we got to Chicago eveyone had to be seatbelt s before landing and the flight attendant asked eveyone to buckle up. The mother of the baby wouldn't listen and began yelling at flight crew. I think the flight crew did a great job, the passenger and child were very disruptive making the flight at times very uncomfortable. I wouldn't suggest infants or toddlers flying for such long trips. No one wants to listen to a child screaming at the top of their lungs."

Our family of 5, including 2 children were placed each in a different location. The 2 men, average size, 5'9" were placed in window seats that required your head to be bent to the side because the wall curves over and the seat was so narrow. Everyone was hanging over each other's seat. There was no leg room. Everyone on the plane was upset and in disbelief that for 7 hours we would have to fly like that. Spending thousands of dollars, I did not expect this extremely closterphobic conditions. I would have paid extra for better seats. Not a happy customer."

Perhaps the problem is that our flight from Pittsburgh to Rome was on Canadian Air and they set the bar high in terms of comfort and service."

Tutti quelli che avevano coincidenze strette sull'aereo per ogni parte del mondo erano allibiti da questa mancanza di informazioni, Una volta arrivati a Toronto il personale di terra non sapeva nulla e siamo dovuti correre fino al gate seguendo le indicazioni dei monitor che davano lo stato del volo come "Boarding". Arrivati trafelati al gate abbiamo scoperto che il volo era partito mezz'ora prima e si erano dimenticati di aggiornare lo stato del volo sui monitor......................... Dopo un'ora di attesa al banco dell'assistenza ci hanno mandati in hotel e dato il biglietto per il volo del giorno successivo. Parte dei pasti li abbiamo pagati di tasca nostra visti i pochi dollari di buono per mangiare (7$ per la colazione, 10$ per pranzo e 15$ per la cena, spendibili esclusivamente all'Holiday Inn dove la sola colazione a buffet costava 17$ + tasse..."

Punti positivi: "We really enjoyed the bassinet for our 10-month old son who slept the entire flight. Crew was very helpful in setting it up for us."

Punti negativi: "I spent close to 30 mins at ticketing after I had already checked in online. A good 10 out of a possible 15 kiosk machines were down, with only 2-3 service employees to assist."

Punti negativi: "Boarding chaotic / slow, should have been cancelled earlier when the flight was 90% not going to take off that day. Accomodations for cancelled flight okay, not anything to talk about. Should have been compensated with more for the cancelled flight since it caused many to miss work the following day. $200 in damages isn't sufficient."

Punti positivi: "At all points in the process from check-in to exiting the plan, the staff was quick to step in and help with direction to keep everyone moving."
Punti negativi: "A teacher was put into tears at the gate agent desk prior to boarding because she had a purse and a shopping bag but had a ticket that only allowed one bag that could not be a full roller board. I did see her eventually board wiping her tears away with a single bag, so she either paid the extra $50 or they figured something out."

Punti negativi: "Told the gate attendant I was flying home for my dad's funeral and if there was anything they could do to move my seat from a middle seat to aisle seat he said not without charging me but I could ask when I boarded the plane. Once the doors were closing I asked the flight attendant if I could move up one row to an open aisle seat she said no not without charging me. I said there's no one in that whole row and I'm flying home for my dad's funeral and could they make an exception I would show them the obituary and funeral brochure if needed I just wanted some space. She got another gate attendant I explained the same thing and he said no. He said the seat will have to remain empty if I wasn't willing to pay for it. I told him r u serious? U r that inconsiderate and heartless as a company. I've already booked 2 flights w United and u can't make an exception as I was in tears he said no nothing. And walked off the flight. This airline is heartless and deserves all the bad publicity it's getting. Horrible horrible service. And the flight attendant Beth did nothing about it after he left."

Punti positivi: "Spazio per le gambe leggermente maggiore rispetto al volo di andata operato da Lufthansa, schermo per l'intrattenimento e scelta di film/serie tv molto buoni."
Punti negativi: "Inaccettabile che le hostess siano scortesi e rispondano in modo brusco a domande (tipo dove si trovano le toilette) fatte con gentilezza! Viaggio tantissimo, ma non mi era mai capitato, neanche nelle low cost, che passando con il carrello delle bevande, la hostess sbraitasse "Something?" ai passeggeri, quasi correndo, e che sembrasse addirittura scocciata se viene fermata per dell'acqua!! Pessima impressione, che ha reso ancora più sgradevole un red-eye flight che già di per sè non è un'esperienza piacevole."

Punti negativi: "The weather in SF delayed is so very long while the airport staff were rather rude at both airports. And after all that, my bag did not make it on my connecting flight- or maybe it did but you guys texted me it didn't via your little app- and I had to go back for it mysef the next day becuase you would not deliver it or help me find it. wanted to be compensated for my long and horrible ordeal."
