During boarding, I asked one of the staff if I can have a window seat because I have motion sickness and aisle seats make me feel ill. She looked at me flustered and said all seats are booked and that I'll be Ok with the aisle seat. On a different CP flight, a different staff was helping a couple switch with other passengers so they can sit next to each other. That would have been nice if they did that for me when I asked for a window seat."

While the staff was lovely, I honestly can't believe airplanes like this are still in commission. All it was missing was an ash tray in the arm rest."

NOT A GOOD SERVICE FOR $2,500!!!! It’s outrageous!! Seats become smaller and smaller...and you keep asking about my experience...$2,500 to travel seating in a miniature seat with no leg room is a bit much...and I know no flight company cares about this...we have no choice...either take that or don’t travel, right?"

And the plane was old generation 747 and the entertainment was same vintage: screen was not very bright and the selection of films was poor. No plug to charge electronics. We were disappointed with KLM when comparing with other airline companies offerings when you book in Premium Economy."
