I made my connecting flight just in time. Many other passengers missed their connecting flights. In this situation, it would have been appreciated if there were staff to direct us to help speed up the process, but most passengers with connecting flights were running around like headless chickens and loosing patience as we were left to fend for ourselves. Once again, United managed to drop the ball."

Food wasn’t cooked all the way when it got to a passenger. It was still cold. It was the worst flight I’ve been on. I would rather ride in a jump seat on a C-130 with military!"

Tutti quelli che avevano coincidenze strette sull'aereo per ogni parte del mondo erano allibiti da questa mancanza di informazioni, Una volta arrivati a Toronto il personale di terra non sapeva nulla e siamo dovuti correre fino al gate seguendo le indicazioni dei monitor che davano lo stato del volo come "Boarding". Arrivati trafelati al gate abbiamo scoperto che il volo era partito mezz'ora prima e si erano dimenticati di aggiornare lo stato del volo sui monitor......................... Dopo un'ora di attesa al banco dell'assistenza ci hanno mandati in hotel e dato il biglietto per il volo del giorno successivo. Parte dei pasti li abbiamo pagati di tasca nostra visti i pochi dollari di buono per mangiare (7$ per la colazione, 10$ per pranzo e 15$ per la cena, spendibili esclusivamente all'Holiday Inn dove la sola colazione a buffet costava 17$ + tasse..."

I definitely saw a lot of people raising their hands...but the crew was there to help out. Kudos to them! And I was in Economy, which definitely doesn't offer much room for a man who's 6'1". However, overall, I was comfortable and not disappointed in my purchase at all--especially for a 10+hr flight."

I think that makes more sense. I would also be more inclined to make movie/tv purchases, in order to keep myself occupied."

Our 5 hour flight turned into a big ordeal."

All pushers throught the trip were very friendly. I did have a hard time keeping up with ine gentlman with linger strides than myself."

(she was miserable). then she printed our a boarding pass without seat assignment. we then had to go to gate agent who told us we had to wait a couple of minutes. we returned to the gate agent who again said we had to wait .(she was miserable too!!) all the while, for 2 days, we thought of that poor man assaulted on the united flight as they forced him out of his seat and off the plane. was this going to happen to us??? we sat and watched many many crew members board, crew that did not work on the flight. finally we were given out boarding pass with a seat assignment . HATE UNITED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

The plane also heading to Newark ahead of us was overbooked and some people were pushed onto our plane, not a big deal if all can fit on the plane...but we wouldn't have if it wasn't for the delay causing those flying to Boston to miss their flights. Frustrating and adds an element of concern when faced with delays when the weather is fine. The internet on the plane is also confusing to use...should be clearer. Mistakenly booked my flight before realizing the new carry on policy, so trying to pack everything into a tiny bag to meet requirements was frustrating... definitely don't think I will be booking United again."

Viaggio tantissimo, ma non mi era mai capitato, neanche nelle low cost, che passando con il carrello delle bevande, la hostess sbraitasse "Something?" ai passeggeri, quasi correndo, e che sembrasse addirittura scocciata se viene fermata per dell'acqua!! Pessima impressione, che ha reso ancora più sgradevole un red-eye flight che già di per sè non è un'esperienza piacevole."
