"Excellent flight"

Punti negativi: "Forced us to pay extra for seat assignments then allowed other passengers to take them. Entertainment did not work despite being reset many times. No additional beverage service outside of meals"

Punti positivi: "The crew was ok , they lack customer service skill. The landing in Istanbul seemed very dangerous. Never had such landing in my life"

Punti negativi: "The boarding process was so extensive and repetitive. We were taken to the plane in the middle of the tarmac in sweltering heat and had to stand outside and wait to board the plane. The heat once inside the plane was unbearable and uncomfortable. My seat didn't recline, so I wasn't able to fully relax. Although I can for the crew, English may not be their first language. It needs to be ensured that the English of the crew member making the announcements is understandable. There were so many announcements but the English was rendered unintelligible for the most part. One of the baggage for one of my family members was not there on our arrival but we've since been notified that it has been found and well be sent to us"

Punti negativi: "My daughter's luggage when I saw it at baggage claim look like it has been rolled and dragged through mud and it was wet and has two rips/holes on the bag."

Punti negativi: "This was my first and last time flying with Royal Air Maroc. The plane was cramped and filthy with the most uncomfortable seats I've ever encountered on a plane. The plane was kept at a very warm temperature, so I was sweaty for most of the flight (I'm usually very cold; it's rare that I find a space too warm). The crew gave me a hard time when I requested the vegetarian meal, claiming that they didn't have one (except they did, which they produced minutes later). I've never been on an international flight that didn't have a vegetarian option. THEN, we left JFK late, and I missed my connection to another Air Maroc flight by TWO minutes. They shut the gate and wouldn't reopen it. Multiple people needed to make this connection; any other airline would have held the plane for the entire five minutes necessary. In conclusion: terrible service and filthy, uncomfortable planes."

Punti negativi: "I paid for an air plane, not a shuttle bus! I waited in the check in line for 2 hours and then they said they would arrange a bus from Marrakesh to Casablanca. So instead of 40 minutes flight, we spent 3 hours in a hot hot bus from Marrakech to Casablanca. And the bus was not even a comfortable regular bus. It was for 15 people shuttle ban. What is more surprising is that because they did not check-in us from Marrakech, and the staffs who put us on the bus did not communicate Royal Air Maroc in Casablanca, they cancelled our family flight reservations to the U.S.A. after we paid the full price! Oh...I forgot to mention that we could not have water or lunch all day long with young kids."

Punti negativi: "trip of 26 February was cancelled and no one informed me.I was in the airport with my luggage waiting for another trip. customer service was not existent and inefficient .from 26 February until the 2 of march ,hotels and taxi took all my money. Friday the 2 march I took the fly from Tunis to Casablanca: boarding was with delay more than 60 minutes .food was mediocre and fade and comfort is a matter of chance."

Punti negativi: "The airline cancelled one leg of our flight and then we had to apply for the money back for remaining legs, as they refused to be flexible on the rest of the trip. Instead of offering any help, it was down to us to call their call centre and ask for them to do something about it. At first they didn’t even understand their own cancellation and in the end they refused to do anything. We had to get lastminute.com to sort it for us, and in the end we got our money back. Only after chasing for a second time though! Definitely would not recommend this airline."

I was directed to wait, then directed in circles all over the airport for different people to try and help me. Ultimately I ended up in a hotel room around 5am where i am now until my flight at 23:25 tonight. It was annoying and a hassle overall not just for myself but everyone involved including those who patiently tried to help but didn't really know where to send me as well as my driver and family waiting for me in Sierra Leone."

It was also difficult to get any other attention from the crew, who were usually reading or eating. The plane itself was fine, except for the screen. The bathrooms got a little messy and little was done about it."

I pay the air fair equally as others who have the ear phones so why can't I have one. Sooner your reply the better. Thanks."

Punti positivi: "We purchased this fare as it had a rock bottom rate for traveling one way back from Madrid on a connector through Casa Blanca. We flew another airline there. We verified that the airline has an impeccable safety record, so we said, "Ok. We will try it." We arrived in one piece and our luggage was there, and we empathized with how the crew could work these conditions day in and day out. If cost is the only consideration in lieu of the other comments below, then this is a good choice..."
Punti negativi: "The infrastructure of the Casa Blanca airport is not where it should be compared to other major airports. That said, the airport does have a food court area and some limited shopping so there is an attempt to carry forward to a modern airport, but the next upgrade they should concentrate on is rest rooms. There is also good direction as to where you need to go when disembarking from the connector flight. Dis/embarking was on the run way followed by a bus ride to the terminal. We stood for 10 minutes crowded in the bus before waiting before going to the plane and 10 standing on the runway, but not before the free for all of ascending the stairway to heaven. With rock bottom rates we must have had 20 children on the flight and at least 10 babies on top of that. We have our own family so are empathetic to the challenges of traveling with infants and small children, but at points it seemed like synchronized crying. The aircraft was a 747 wide body so the engine noise and ability to ride the air was comfortable, but the seats were very compact and difficult for me as a man that is 6'2". I felt very sorry for passenger who was 6'10". The plane had no in flight entertainment system aside for a plug in for music on headsets. This means lots of chatter on the flight at some points reaching the level of a busy restaurant on a Friday night with 10 babies crying thrown in. We were lucky as we were not seated directly next to a crying baby or next to a person that does not think deodorant is ever a requirement. Conclusion: you will get no transatlantic sleep and pray you do not get seated next to a baby or deodorant optional passenger."
