Gate crews, ticket counter personnel, flight crews are pretty rude and simply refuse to answer direct questions if they dont want to. Seem genuinely displeased if they have to bother speaking any language but their own to communicate with international passengers. Customer Service i believe is merely a joke to the entire company. If i was a religious person i would pray no one ever has to use their feedback system or try to communicate with their customer service group by phone. Thats what i get for being American i guess, just higher hygiene standards and expectations on service for the price paid."

A few rows up they had fans, so apparently you have to pay extra for air... This wouldn't be a big deal on a short domestic flight, but for an international flight it was a long time to be uncomfortable!"

The ticket agent, the gate agent and the cabin crew all did nothing to make up for the fact that their system screwed up and stuck me in a cramped coach seat in the back of the plane for 11 hours-- TWICE! Beyond that, KLM must have one of the oldest fleets in the sky. Both ways LAX->AMS->LAX, I was on a 30-35 year old 747 with no wifi, no power and a ten-year-old entertainment system. Never again."

We received an email from aifrare.com confirming that we purchased two round-trip tickets. But we did not get seat assignments, and the confirmation number we received from airfare.com was incorrect. We only found out about the confirmation number when we tried to contact Aeroflot to get seat assignments. But contacting Aeroflot online was problematic. Instructions there would send us to screens/options links that didn't work. So, we called Aeroflot. They gave us the correct confirmation number over the phone, but sent us back to the website to get seats. And the website again was problematic. We did eventually get assigned seats, and we did make our flight from the U.S. to Moscow. But then our return flight was also problematic. We could not get seat assignments until we went to the airport for our flight home. Aeroflot then told us that I did not have a reservation. Eventually Aeroflot did recognize my reservation, but then told us that it did not have any seats together for my husband and me, unless we paid for an upgrade."

You just had to know when it's supposed to start and show up at the gate. Boarding is general, without any division by rows or groups, which means people in row 6 and in row 20 board at the same time, creating a long line. This slows down the boarding process and causes frustration in less patient people."

Most of them do not speak decent English so it is hard to communicate with them anyways."

Punti negativi: "There was no S7 rep in Berlin Tegel airport and the agents in Frankfurt did not respond. So my son had to call us in the US to take care of the problem. We got hold of the agent through a US number, but no solution was offered other than simply buying a new ticket for a not so good price. I ended up getting no credit whatsoever and buying a new ticket on Finnair because the S7 offered a new ticket for two days later than the day on which they described event took place."

Punti negativi: "Our son missed the outbound flight from Berlin, Germany, to St. Petersburg, Russia. The airline does not have any representation in Germany except in Frankfurt. He could not get hold of them by phone from Berlin, so we had to call from the United States. It turned out that we could not call S7 directly at all - instead we had to call Vyama. They told us that by missing the outbound flight, he also missed the inbound flight. Therefore, we had to buy a new ticket and pay whole price again for the flight two days later. This is not the practice that is used by other companies - which offer at least some credit."

A roll, a slice of brown bread, no butter, a packet of ketchup, and a yellow jelly/jello with tiny pieces of canned pineapple suspended. The main course featured rice that somehow managed to be dry and overcooked at the same time, and a flavorless chicken patty. Our flight was nearly four hours late taking off, because the incoming flight required a replacement aircraft. We were promised a complimentary drink that never appeared. No entertainment on a four-hour flight, which is standard."

Seating is fine if you're not too large, and if there's room on board, you can reseat yourselves if you do get separated from your fiance (separate bookings) From the boarding agents to the gate attendants, friendly folks. Passengers aren't rush (and friendly as well). No complaints, good flight, on time and no issues!"

There was no space for the hand luggage inside the plane. Seems that it is too small for such flights. The crew was not nice at all. This is the worst flight experience I have ever had in my life. Flew with S7 around 10 years ago, when they were called Siberia Airways - nothing changed since then."
