Punti negativi: "The transfer from international flights to domestic is difficult. I came to Guangzhou with a joint flight of Turkish airlines and China southern but there was no one at the airport when we landed to inform us how to transfer our luggage to the domestic flights and how to check in. Considering I don’t know Chinese, this was tough."

Punti negativi: "Food- improve the menu, with veggie pasta, there was chicken on the side. For breakfast only on option- scrambled eggs. Not much for vegetarians. Also my flight Istanbul to mumbai, the table on which you keep the food was not aligned, the food tray kept sliding down."

Punti negativi: "A frightful flight due to the footstomping, loud, singing, annoying, intimdating andintoxicated English football fan onboard; who were heading from Istanbul to Ukraine for football finals between Liverpool and Madrid I believe. Their behavior made the trip the worst I have ever experienced. As I was seated in the business class section, I can only comment about what I saw and heard there. In that cabin, the cabin crew served alcohol to people that were clearly drunk, yet continued to provide more alcohol. The finale was when the rear section of the plane broke out in vulgar and loud football songs; being picked up by the drunken holigans in the business class section. At this point I was fearful for my physical safety knowing the history of footballers fueled by alcohol. In addition, had there been an onboard emergency, a planeful of drunk passengers would have added to the potential for disaster."

I heard no announcements, maybe because it didn't matter as everyone was crowding the door 15 minutes before boarding began. The agent seemed perturbed, but I've seen it on almost every Italian bound flight. No one wants to wait. It is actually a bit amusing to watch the struggle between boarding policies and a group of people who seem determined to ignore them. The buses were also pretty well packed. More so in Rome than IST. Not much organization in loading at either place. After all the passport control they left us to walk outside to wait for the bus. Maybe you can tell I'm not a fan of remote gates."

I thought I will make it to the connect flight to LA but the gate was already closed. I was instructed to do multiple errands, to get Turkish visa, etc all on my expense to be able to exit the transit as an American citizen and be able to take Turkish airlines bus to the hotel.The hotel was fine and the meals. The problem was that they calculate bus traveling time wrong in the hotel and put people on the bus next day too late, so due to the traffic jam, we barely made it to the airport, and then we had to stress the officials to put us on the fast passport control lane due to boarding time."

When my parents were checking in for flight they asked the representative about meal selection and she didn't answer their questions properly and because of that my mom didn't get proper Hindu Vegetarian food on flight instead she got Egg omelet which she couldn't eat. She has to eat just fruits. My mother is a diabetic patient and she needs a food every after some time. I never had such a bad experience before with any other airlines."

With the current layout, even with an aisle seat, I was sitting in the aisle. And I am not a large person! The flight was full, so use the 787 and two daily non-stops. For a twelve hour flight, the food was only Okay, could have been better and with a better selection. Meal timing was poor."

The steward came over and wiped it down with a wet wipe. We used the blanket to cover the middle seat as it was just as dirty. The food is barely edible, the movie selection is poor. They didn;t hand out any of the normal arrival forms for the US."

The weird Arabic music during on board and off boarding has to stop- so annoying and ear piercing. Entertainment has to be improved significantly- ask their entertainment content provider to do a better job on the music, movies and other things. They discriminate other religion by not providing Bible, Gita and Tripitaka as a notion firm the content but the have Holy Quran as an option, more wine options, liquor has to be included as an option and the last but not the least, Royal Maroc needs to provide better lodging for transit passengers. Hotel Relax is a substantially low standard hotel with bad service and food. I saw nothing but lazy employees walking around doing nothing. Also my room had no towel whatsoever and it took me 11 hours to get my towel- go figure."

I was very surprised as I didn’t get any alerts and I called the airline and everything seems to be on time and not canceled. We went to customer service of air moroc and after hour long investigation we found that that the flight wasn’t canceled but the airline didn’t want us in Casablanca to get on that flight because they gave our business class seats to other people. we called and complained but there was nothing we could do because we were blocked from flying and they wouldn’t board us. The computer system didn’t allow them. We asked if we were on the flight the next day and they couldn’t confirm. We were told that in 3 days we could get on a flight back to nyc. We bought separate last minute super expensive tickets from another airline and left that evening to Madrid, got a hotel there and left the next morning to Atlanta and then jfk. No one from the airline wanna help us and rebook the tickets. People over the phone were contradicting people at the Malaga airport. It was a nightmare."

Will avoid from now when possible to flight with RAM. SORRY!!!!!"

I travel almost every month domestically and internationally, and I had my period when flying before, and all the airlines have tampons or pads, even including United (which had a bad customer rating last year because of the incident). However, when I talked to the staff, first of all nobody understood what period, tampons, or pads mean since there is not a single English speaker, and this is a flight to NYC!!!! When I tried to describe them my problem, they simply dismissed me saying they could not understand me and passed me around from staff to staff until finally some kind traveller offered to translate. Then the rude staff members told me that they did not have anything and this is my own problem.They were completely unsympathetic and their attitude was horrible. I had to end up stack a thick pile of toilet paper in the underwear to prevent staining my clothes."

When the first flight was late leaving in Madrid, I requested that they re-book us on a Flight from Madrid to JFK via TAP thru Lisbon, British Airways thru London or Aur France thru Paris. They said they could instead book us on an RAM flight that night from Casablanca to JFK. It turned out that that flight was full and the next flight on 8/17 was also full therefore we were booked on a flight that departed Casablanca at 20:30 and arrived at JFK at 1:05 early morning. They said they could not give us a voucher for a hotel near JFK and we would have to take it up with their agent at JFK. We should also be re-imbursed for our transportation from JFK because we lost our ride home from JFK because of their change of schedule."

I understand some airlines have policies around no shows but this airline did not have the decency to even notify me of the cancellation so I could plan around it."

The air on the plane was not up enough so it was incredibly HOT the entire flight. In fact, there was a baby across the aisle screaming the entire flight because she was overheating. The crew did nothing to help the situation and were only around to deliver food/drinks and that was about it. There was no entertainment so that made the flight even more unbearable. I have asthma and am allergic to cigarette smoke and someone was CLEARLY smoking on board the plane somewhere but the crew did nothing about that either. The crew was significantly more rude on this leg from CMN to CKY and I am not sure if they feel this is acceptable because of their destination but I can tell you that it is NOT! Everyone on board is a paying customer and deserves the same respect. Also, please do not assume that everyone on board speaks the same 2 languages."
