When attempting to do that online we were unable to, even though it showed the price to do so online was cheaper than the price at the gate. They made us fully check these bags once we got there and we had to pay $40 instead of the 15 or so it stated online. We had to be shuttled to the aircraft and had to wait because the first bus was closed by the operator. We had to wait until the second round for the bus to come back. During the flight the pilot did not mention any turbulence however during the entirety of the flight, including leading up to the landing of the plane, we experienced extreme rocking of the plane back and forth ( I’m aware that this does occur during landings while loosing elevation but this was an extreme case of that) and caused my colleague to get motion sickness which neither of us ever get on flights. I am very dissatisfied with this flight and operations of the airline company."

Really efficient, no lines at the checkin, no security line. Overall really efficient! The flight was delayed at we were kept well informed by EasyJet
Quando i viaggi sono operati da due diverse compagnie all'andata e al ritorno, e' opportuno essere molto piu' chiari al momento della prenotazione sulle condizioni e i costi applicati al bagaglio (in particolare con Easyjet che e' molto pignola su questo)
Il nostro volo è stato cancellato quando già eravamo saliti a bordo. Non c’era alcuna assistenza disponibile in aeroporto che ci dicesse cosa fare o dove recuperare i bagagli. Dopo 3 ore è arrivato il personale dell’aeroporto per dare informazioni esclusivamente per il pernottamento in attesa di altri voli. Ci hanno detto di acquistare altri voli con EASYJET, ma il primo volo disponibile era dopo 5 giorni. Non hanno riprogrammato nessun volo. Come giustificazione ci hanno detto che la compagnia ha avuto un attacco hacker che interessava tutta l’Europa, ma mentre attendavamo spiegazioni in aeroporto abbiamo visto altri voli EASYJET partire. Assistenza, spiegazioni e giustificazioni vergognose
The flight was delayed and we had to wait in the plane after landing for 1h for the bus to come and take us to the airport
I was wrongly told I had to present a covid test, despite the fact that I'm a resident of Denmark. This then resulted in my having to rush to the other side of the airport to get a test, pay 42€, all of this within a few minutes of baggage drop closing. When I returned and asked a different staff member of I could check in despite the fact my test results aren't out yet they said yes since I do not need a test, as I had previously assumed. Staff should be briefed better on entry requirements for countries. All of this could have easily found on Google.

Pésimo servicio. Nos movieron el horario del vuelo lo cual afectó nuestro itinerario y la atención telefónica imposible. Nos presentamos al nuevo vuelo que nos asignaron y a pesar de tener asientos space plus el vuelo estaba sobrevendido y no no los dieron pero tampoco nos regresaron lo que habíamos pagado por ellos. El personal no fue nada amable, ni en el check in, ni en el abordaje ni en el vuelo.
Lots of space in the airplane, Crew is good. Plane delayed by an hour, I took the early morning in purpose to avoid these problems.

Punti negativi: "Da anni lo sciopero ha un'importanza sociale; si sciopera per creare disagio e quello che hanno indetto i piloti Vueling ha creato il massimo del disagio. Bene notare che non è con loro che bisogna prendersela, ma con la compagnia che si è rifiutata di avvertire il ritardo di 4 ore e che ha fatto stare centinaia di passeggeri ad aspettare di capire se e quando saremo rientrati. Lo sciopero deve creare disagio soprattutto a una società, non a dei cittadini. Considerando che alla parola "rimborso" nessuno del personale Vueling ha saputo rispondere, mi chiedo: la prossima volta scioperiamo noi per creare disagio ai piloti? Ovviamente scherzo, ma ogni volta che viaggio con vueling succede qualcosa."

Punti negativi: "First at the airport they tell us we have to check our carry ons when we had already flown three flights with them with those same bags as carry ons, then they criticize us for having heavy bags, which they never would have known if we had been allowed to carry them on. Their back up reason for needing to check bags was the flight was overbooked and there would be no room for bags, both of which were false as I personally counted at least 15 seats open and there were at least 6-7 completely empty overhead bins. Finally, it is Kayak that notifies me that my flight is delayed 90 minutes, but yet the airline decides it is a good idea to have us board and then just sit on the plane before finally telling us after 30 minutes of sitting on the plane with the flight door still open that we are delayed another hour. I would not fly them again."

Everything was okay on this flight. It was on time and I could do the transfer to my next flight to Marseille. I had however problems with the luggage in the second flight. They charged me 45 euros for my my second piece of luggage (it was a small backpack) because I did not have purchased the priority. The backpack was like a handbag. This policy is really unfair!!
Delay for “bad weather “ when it was sunny
Passeggeri senza mascherina e personale di bordo che faceva finta di non vedere...... Dopo l'imbarco ci hanno fatto rimanere 15 minuti in piedi nelle scale tutti ammassati perchè l'aereomobile non era pronto. Durante il volo se si cerca di riposare si viene svegliati dalla voce del personale che propone vendite di profumi, grattaevinci e cibo vario...... da dimenticare.....
Di positivo solo la gentilezza di tutto l'equipaggio. Purtroppo la partenza con più di un'ora e mezza di ritardo di cui più di mezz'ora inspiegabilmente fermi in pista.
Non mi hanno fatto imbarcare nonostante. Hanno cambiato le regole, colpa mia alla fine. Pero eravamo in 6, quelli che hanno perso il volo...
Orari non rispettati! Del tutto scontenta!

Then with another herd to the gate. After heading down what seems like a boarding ramp you go outside, then into a holding pen. It’s a giant metal shed that looks like it was made for cattle. Then after standing there for 30-40 minutes, you go outside again to board the plan. On board, there were no amenities, but that was expected."
