"Delta is my new favorite airlines. I have no complaints. Even if they don't serve meals the snacks were ok."

I felt so much more safe flying Delta on my way home to Hawaii in July than I did when I flew American Airlines on my way to the mainland in June."

I specifically called Air France prior to the flight to make sure I won’t have any issues as my 1st flight was operated by Delta and I wanted to confirm the luggage requirements were the same. My carry-on weighted only 5 kilos. I was extremely upset the way I was treated w/ the boarding agent behind the counter in Prague. On the top of that, her and the supervisor were very rude to my mom as they told her she had an extra carry-on which wasn’t the case. She traveled w/ a small briefcase where her mask for sleep apnea was. This is not considered an additional carry-on. The boarding agent (Czech lady and her supervisor) were not only rude but obviously lacked knowledge as well. My carry-on suitcase would easily fit in the overhead bin plus there was plenty of space inside the plane as it the flight wasn’t completely full."

On board WiFi can be used to access movies and other entertainment on the your own device but make sure your battery is charged and you have an external battery also since the seats don't have power. I tried to sleep but it is not easy for me to fall sleep when the seat back reclines only 3 inches so I didn't have luck taking a nap. Conclusion: I am not taking this flight any more. I will go back to taking will switch back to flying Delta even though there are no direct flights."

This other woman and I had a second plane to get onto, and were worried that we wouldn’t be able to get to the next plane ride because the first plane ride was pushed back like around 10 times or so. This is my first experience with American Airlines, and absolutely do not have a good impression whatsoever. I do not support this airline because it is clear that they do not value their customer’s satisfaction, wellbeing, or schedules."

And their website for supposedly checking on lost luggage, aa.com/bag status, is next to useless. It gives no useful information. Use the 800 # but state you want to talk with a human when answering the questions in their phone tree. I’ve had other experiences on AA over the last few years that lead me to question their commitment to customer service. I’ll be avoiding American Airlines as a travel option where other alternatives are available."

Additionally, the bathrooms were disgusting and had broken parts everywhere. Flight was filthy. Looks like their just trying to scramble turning their flights around. I felt sorry for the people waiting in Honolulu for their flight back to Vancouver. Shame on you Air Canada. Time to upgrade your fleet please. You need to have better cleaning crews and definitely upgrade your Rouge Player system to accept PC's."

We weren't sure why, since our connecting flight to Seoul South Korea was also Air Canada, our luggage had to be picked up at baggage claim, held on until the following morning, then rechecked. The clerks at the Air Canada ticket and baggage counter were supposed to be opened at 9, but an incredibly rude employee snapped at me that he didn't have time to talk to me, that I'd just need to wait until 9:30 when they opened."

I have been flying with United to go home to Hawaii for over a decade and have never been treated so poorly by a flight attendant on this airline. I am seriously considering flying with Delta, Southwest, and JetBlue exclusively from now on after this experience."

I looked back into the rear galley and 5 attendants were back there talking. Tried to get their attention. Nothing. Finally, I got up and went to get my own drinks. Being a server at hotel in waikiki, I understand that customer service is very important. And though I understand that they may have been busy and unable to answer my call, I could see that clearly was not the problem. They were just standing there and chatting. Very frustrating. Though they were friendly, they just simply weren't paying attention. I have to say in all honesty, I will not be recommending nor flying United airlines again."

Our flight to Hawaii wasn't very comfortable either. We had purchased economy plus but it didn't seem all that comfortable. Maybe because it was a smaller plane. I think it was a 737, not really sure but it had 3 seats on each side with no middle row. Food is for purchase! Outrageous."

Dopo un'ora di attesa al banco dell'assistenza ci hanno mandati in hotel e dato il biglietto per il volo del giorno successivo. Parte dei pasti li abbiamo pagati di tasca nostra visti i pochi dollari di buono per mangiare (7$ per la colazione, 10$ per pranzo e 15$ per la cena, spendibili esclusivamente all'Holiday Inn dove la sola colazione a buffet costava 17$ + tasse..."

The problem is, the wi-fi on the plain is insufficient to handle the load of the people on the plane, so it keeps cutting out/crashing."

Back to the guy who puked, an hour after that he started shaking and grabbing his head and asking me why am I hurting his heart. Then incoherent blathering and then his last episode 20 minutes before we land in which he started hitting himself in the head saying he would die right now for his wife and how he's made mistakes. The menu item I wanted to purchase was not available. I was told that it was not even loaded on board and it was implied that maybe it had been discontinued????"

Punti negativi: "5 minutes before we boarded they tried to change my seat without informing me.... luckily it popped up on my phone that my seat had changed I reserved an aisle seat when I made my reservations five days before the flight. All of a sudden they put me in the middle seat ...so I went to the counter and the person at the counter tried to tell me that I just changed to the aisle seat that I had which I actually have had for 5 days and she tried to tell me that I was lying to her I was not very pleased with United at all!!! I made it very clear and even showed her the email from 5 days ago where I had that seats all along the aisle seat that she took away from me and put me in the middle somewhere so three minutes later she told me to look at my phone and she changed me back but that's after she basically called me a liar and said I didn't know what I was talking about!! Worst US AIRLINE!!"
