Well I reserved my car for 12, but when I got to the location they were at lunch. I waited 45 min for nothing as I was told when they got back I was at the 2nd location within the casino and needed to go to the other. Well they didn't have my card. The customer service agent was great, but I had to wait another 1.5 hours for my car to be ready. That suckedRecensione del 1 set 2023

I had inadvertently made a reset at another location but the attendant wouldn’t even acknowledge the issue or offer to rectify it. I ended up simply renting another car and absorbed the cost (I.e. threw my money away). Therefore, will not use Hertz again.Recensione del 19 ago 2023

The car was literally wrecked, the front bumper hanging off, dented hood, scratched on all sides, huge coffee stains on every seat, smelled like cigarette smoke and had 64,000 miles on it. I felt like one of the employees gave me their car and kept my actual rental. There were no stickers on the car to indicate Hertz.Recensione del 18 ago 2023

I asked for an airport pick-up and instead was placed over 7 miles away. I will never book through a third party again!Recensione del 16 ago 2023

I went to pick up the vehicle at 12pm but the place was closed which didn't make sense, so I didn't even get what I paid for and I was charged. If the place closes at 12pm, they should not allow you to book the pick up time during that time.Recensione del 8 ago 2023

Check in agent was having issues with their internal system. Was getting into arguments with guests (People were being rude so it wasn't entirely their fault) Vegas was experiencing a heat wave - office AC couldn't keep up. Was there for 2 hours, was so disorganized people who showed up after me were seen before me. Wound up booking another car with a different company - A full refund would be required for me to consider booking with Kayak or Hertz in the future.Recensione del 18 lug 2023

There was only one rep working and the lobby started filling up but she greeted all of us and helped us in a timely manner.Recensione del 3 giu 2023

The worst. I took a $30 Uber to pick up the car only to find the location was closed. Then took a $40 Uber to the airport to another location that was suggested on the sign at the first location and they wouldn’t honor the reservation and quoted me a much higher rate. Walked across the hall to budget who promptly got me in a car that was cheaper and upgraded me for free. Hertz may want to learn a thing or two from the experience and my loss of money from Uber rides because of their issues.Recensione del 1 giu 2023
