The car was great but drop off was very confusing and is still ongoing five days after dropping off at the address given to drop off. I dropped off within ten hours but Avis is acknowledging it. Completely frustrating and unacceptable.Recensione del 7 lug 2023

The car had an issue connecting to my Phone for GPS - was disconnecting every couple of minutes. Otherwise the checkin and checkout was a breeze and the car worked as expected. Drove almost 1500 miles over the course of a week without any problems.Recensione del 6 lug 2023

I had to go to Vegas to handle a family emergency and came from a place where I did not have my license. Though I was a preferred member with my valid info stored in the system having rented many times before and also holding a picture of my license and my passport, avis would not rent a car to me. After dropping off the vehicle. We waited over 35 mins for a shuttle at LAX and ended up having to purchase an Uber ($25). Literally if we would have been 1 minute later and we would have missed our flight completely. 0 stars. Calling corporate.Recensione del 15 mag 2023

There was not much to like. The pricing of the rent was in 3 times more than advertised on your site. In stead of $72 we were charged $210 for ONE day. Also we were ill advised about paying for fuel. It was advised to prepay for a ful tank, but upon return we only used 70% and the 30% of the fuel is not reimbursed. From a client perspective the AVIS process was a cheat.Recensione del 29 apr 2023
