Punti positivi:Staff was fine, but not enough employees to handle the amount of business. It's not cool for a Rep to get up and leave for break/lunch during a busy time. Drop off was fine.Punti negativi:Fox needs to Pickup/Deliver directly to the Airport or move operation to McCarran Car Rentals for PU/Dropoff to accomodate customers better/faster.Recensione del 9 mar 2021

Punti positivi:drop off was easy, and the car was stablePunti negativi:I signed up for a JEEP- when i got there - only 4 suvs were left and they were Mitsubishi. Punti negativi:Requires 2 shuttle rides from the airport to get to location. Staff were very unfriendly and appeared annoyed to be helping customers. Pick-up process took over 90 min. Punti negativi:No cars were available at the time of pickup. The car was filthy and in poor condition cosmetically. The front left tire had a leak and required me to fill it with air twice a day. Customer service was pathetic at time of pickup. The pickup/drop off location required a second shuttle from the car rental center.Recensione del 6 mar 2021

Punti positivi:The drop was much easier than the pick up.Punti negativi:The pickup process was utterly ridiculous. I had to wait for almost 2.5 hours in line after a flight to pickup the rental. They charged me twice as much as quoted for the deposit. They did not separate prepaid customers and walk-ins. So those of us who prepaid had to wait hours after our reservation to get our cars which cut into our rental periods. I will NEVER rent from Fox every again.Recensione del 1 mar 2021
