Punti positivi: Staff was friendly and helpful. It wasn’t busy when we arrived so it was quick to pick up the car.
Punti negativi: Didn’t like double shuttle to rental location. The car we got had a distorted windshield so I had to alter my posture to see normally.

Punti positivi: the pricing of car, flexibility of the staff
Punti negativi: the car looked good, but it was not in best condition and that could be noticed while driving it on speed higher than 50 miles/hour as it was not completely stable and felt a little bubbling on that and more speed. Not sure whether mitsubishi outlander as a model has this problem or fox rental

Punti negativi: Two shuttle rides as it is off site from rental car center. Plan extra time!

Punti positivi: The car was great and the drop off was incredibly efficient.
Punti negativi: Pick-up was a lengthy process and the employees were less than thrilled to be working.

Punti negativi: I was unable to pick up the car, I was asked for $1000 deposit for being a local customer.

Punti positivi: Nothing. Horrible place to get a rental.
Punti negativi: More clerks at th me counter. Only one clerk for a cery long line.

Punti positivi: Was friendly, I was lucky because at 1 am I decided to take a taxi to motel and pickup car in am. Was unaware of shuttle car pickup, but sales rep was very nice, explained my son was in wheelchair.
Punti negativi: The transportation was not handicap accessible to and from airport, plus had to switch from shuttle to bus service. Las Vegas charges these shuttles to much money to go to airport, so if handicapped please use taxi or Uber.

Punti positivi: Van was fine once we got it
Punti negativi: We waited over 40 minutes for a shuttle from Fox at the off site car rental hub (Fox is not there so you 1take a shuttle from the airport to the car rental hub and then get off and wait for a Fox shuttle). No concern once we got to the Fox building - another 50 minutes waiting in line Never again
