Drop-off at the SLC airport was quick and easy. Fabulous! When we picked up the car in Las Vegas we had to wait 45 minutes for a car to be available since they were over-booked. It would have been nice if a car was available when we arrived.Recensione del 21 apr 2023

Had a reservation but meant nothing as LAS Enterprise had no large SUV like I supposedly had reserved, had to go to Avis to rent a Large SUV. Staff at Enterprise were rude and basically told us we were out of Luck, that’s what happens with March Madness…so disappointed with customer serviceRecensione del 19 mar 2023

They didn’t have the size car we reserved, which would’ve been better, but they gave us a fairly nice SUV. The customer service was great. WARNING- you have to make your way there on your own arriving at the airport. I assumed when making the reservation that it was at the airport, but there is no shuttle for this Paradise Rd location. Office was closed. We were told it was 24 hour. No one actually answers the phone. We did not have shuttle service as we were told. We had to get a ride 3.5 hours to Ontario, CA to get a rental car. On the bright side, out car was OK.Recensione del 2 mar 2023

Be very clear with your customers that the rental location is NOT airport car rental. If this is the case, allow them to return the vehicle to the airport free of charge. We spend $100 extra in tax/Uber service picking up and dropping off our car rental.Recensione del 26 feb 2023

The website said they had cars available. When I arrived, I stood in line for more than 25 minutes only to be told that they had no cars. They only had full size SUVs and they wouldn’t honor the price that I booked online. I left their office without a vehicle as I was unwilling to pay the additional fees for the bigger car. It is really easy enough to get an Uber or Lyft for the few days I needed a car and avoid feeling as if I had been cheated at a rental car establishment.Recensione del 12 feb 2023
