The person running the desk was excellent, however, they did not have a vehicle for us and did not notify us. Their system was down which made things complicated and had little support. They could not provide us with a vehicle and left us to rely on cabs/Ubers with a party of 5. It was very frustrating and disappointing.Recensione del 25 feb 2023

This place closes at 4 pm, minivan was smelly with pet hairs everywhere, looks never has been vaccumed, broken tail lights, scratches everywhere, dented front bumper, driver side mirror can not be adjusted, remote control can not lock or open, gas was 8/10 th but told me full, they tried to sell protection coverages for 50 mins. Car suspension on rear was out with rattling noise. I wouldn't go back this place for any price.Recensione del 16 feb 2023

They didn’t have a car and put Me on a waiting list and never called me. Had to use another rental company. Won’t use AVR or Kayak EVER again. Most unprofessional company out there just garbage and Kayak wasn’t any betterRecensione del 24 gen 2023

The attendant was very friendly and forthcoming. He was working alone which is way no one answered the phone when we called for a shuttle for pick up. Although posted, there is no shuttle. The car had very obvious damage and was in need of servicing. It was also obvious that they don't take car of their vehicles.
