Talk about ruining the whole travel experience because after a 16 hour flights your bag isn’t here and no one seems to know what happened . So they have you waiting 2 hours diiddling yourself and no one has any information . Go China southern yeah ! NOT"

Spend the time to "listen" thoroughly instead of saying "OK I know" & then fuffill the passengers request. Sometimes, little details matter, even they did the job right. Try to do better!"

Punti negativi: "The total unprofessional service/ way we have been treated. Never again I will fly with this company. 2 hours delay from Amsterdam for a unknown reason as their English is very poor. As we took off we shared our concern for our connection in Guangzhou, after managing to find someone able to speak and understand English (unbelievable on an international flight) we have been told that would be fine and eventually worst case scenario there is another flight during the day. When we arrived we have been told nothing (even though we shared our concern from the beginning, they didn’t care at all, connection from the same company), when we went out of the plane we ask a crew member in the exit corridor who replied like annoyed of the question that’s fine take next on the left and next on the right (more with gesture than with an English language) when we arrived after running at the transfer gate we asked about the connection to Sydney the first staff told us that the gate was already closed and it’s too late, we then asked what to do : go in this queue and didn’t want to speak anymore. When we arrived at the desk we have been told gate is closed, wait on the side we’ll see later, we asked when and have been replied later....after 30min we have been told that there is no other flight before the day after (same company, different speech...) and wait again....there is another flight the day after in the morning with 6 seats available only...for the rest we don’t know we have to check but it’s gonna be hard because it’s the high season : Unbelievable as we were 15-20 people in this situation...after a couple of hour we have been offered to travel via Vietnam with a stop of 9 extra hours before having another flight of 9hours if we didn’t accept this one they didn’t know... Never ever again with this company and this airport..."

Also not enough beverage services for a 14hr flight..2-3???"

Drinks were refilled without asking and array of snacks available were of nice assortment . In flight entertainment was more than expected and choice of movies Hollywood and other International options were great. Overall was an excellent experience. Would fly them again"

Punti negativi: "It wasn't super clear from our booking that we'd go to Wuhan and then Guangzhou instead of a straight shot! Seats were a bit uncomfortable on the Dreamliner for such a long-haul flight. Also, the food wasn't great but it's abundantly supplied, even a night-time snack if you asked."

Punti negativi: "I selected middle and window seats for each flight so my girlfriend could rest her head on the window and sleep. We were given middle seats and aisle on each of our flights. It’s fristrating that I paid extra to book the seats we wanted and we did not get them."

As a result all my consecutive flight were cancelled as no show. I tried to reach the airline help line, however due to Chinese New Year they don't work, so there was no way to solve this problem I am VERY dissapointed. Will take this case to the court if my money not refunded"

Punti negativi: "1- Al check in mi è stato detto che non mi era permesso salire a bordo in quanto carente del visto cinese (non pensavo fosse necessario per il solo scalo) e solo dopo che ho insistito mi è stato accordato il permesso però dopo aver firmato una liberatoria per la compagnia. 2-La disinformazione del personale non in grado di istruire i passeggeri sulla questione immigrazione lasciandoli brancolare nel buio."

Punti negativi: "The food is always bad, and they didn’t allow use of electronics (phones, and they didn’t like me using my iPod I suppose because it looks like a phone?) on a 6 hr international flight when there was NO individual entertainment and no screens. What’s worse is I went into the bathroom right after a flight attendant and there was urine all over the seat! She either did it and left it, or she saw it and hovered over it, leaving it for the next person. Not classy."

Punti negativi: "We were left on the plane for over 6 hours without taking off before a 13 hour flight. The captain only came on the intercom once. All he said at that time was "sorry for the delay,";no explanation. The flight attendance kept saying 20 mins. The captain locked the crew door so the crew also had no idea what was going on. The 6+hour delay wasn't the problem. Things happen. The problem was the non existing communication. I read the the regulations for delays like that on their website and it stated that after 4 hours they have to give us the option to get off the plane. That didn't happen until 30 mins before we took off. It also stated that the captain needs to keep us updated every 30 mins. That again, didn't happen. People were hysterical, for obvious reasons. Ithe was the worst flight I have ever taken."

In China, they said I should have done it it Amsterdam and had a 6-hour wait to obtain one. We only had a 12-hour layover and an 8-hour tour booked. We lost $360 because of this and the airline attendants in China were completely useless and nobody knew what to do. We spent 12 miserable hours in this airport."

Once we were lined up we had to stop and start, other people were pushed to the front again and again. This could have been solved by leaving one lane free for people sitting upstairs, or 'preferred' fliers. Instead everyone was pushed back and had to wait. I've never seen an aeroplane boarded so badly and we ended up being some of the last people on the plane. Badly organised and just plain awful."

Punti positivi: "I had just suffered multiple breaks in my arm/shoulder and was returning to the States. I was in considerable pain and flying alone - this was the first flight out I could get. Everyone was AMAZING. From helping to rearrange seats, other passengers, and even upgrade to maximize comfort and minimize more damage to my arm to helping open any food packages so that I could eat with medication and checking in on me frequently, I couldn't have asked for better attention given the situation. I hadn't heard of this airline before but now highly recommend - they were amazing through two flight legs, two different airline crews, and 3 airports. Cannot thank the crew enough for their attention and care during a very difficult time. I am a frequent traveler and this is the best customer experience I've ever had."

Plane finally boarded 2 hours late with no info made available concerning connecting flights. Tried to get help with connections during flight, was ignored at least three times by different staff (maybe because of language difficulties) before finally forcing the issue with a steward who WAS VERY helpful. It was as though everybody was afraid of helping. Finally made it to China where we were told that our flight was gone. We were given a nice hotel, but told to come back two hours early for our next flight at 6:30 am. Got up at 3 am to catch 3:50 shuttle, and got to gate at suggested time only to find that the flight was delayed and had been delayed for three days. Finally left at 9:30 and had a good flight to Delhi."

When I informed the stewardess, she stuffed a wet rag in the dripping spot, but didn't offer any other solution. I still don't know what the liquid was."
