Guess what I know they changed the size of the underseat bag . We had it checked going to PHX ,no issue on the way back $50. I'm done with American Airlines and Kayak."

The same seating arrangement happened on our return flight 18 days later. Once again was told nothing could be done. I really do not know why both flights the seat assigment were wrong when selected basic on the aircraft configuration. The airline is attempt to make the passenger to pay more for seats."

They have crammed so many seats onto their planes that I’m surprised it isn’t a health hazard. I was in an aisle seat and every time I started to fall asleep, someone going down the aisle slammed into me, making any sort of rest impossible. And the flight attendants had the typical U.S. flight attendant perma-rage, of course. I feel sorry for them, underpaid and overworked, but always p***ed off. Anerican Airlines needs to look at Emirates and other non-U.S. carriers to learn how to treat their passengers."

Staff was pleasant, did what they could with what they had. I was very happy that the back of the plane was not very full and I was able to lie down on the floor to nap for a couple of hours."

I was frustrated by the merry-go-round visual of our plane en route to our destination and wished I could have gotten the simple clear images that were being shown at the front of our cabin. I am sorry that the only vegetarian meal is Asian, as some Asian spices give me a belly ache."

However, I was disappointed. The food was so-so and insufficient. The drinks were also not enough. The video displays were small and poorly located for the movie. The seats seemed uncomfortable. All and all I have come to expect a better experience from American Airlines in First Class. The ticket was expensive."
