I wasn't even on the plane, I tried to cancel the trip but kayak didn't help me at all. Never using this app again
Punti positivi: "This is how my trip started that day. Missed my checkin window by 10 mins do to waiting in traffic for 45 mins, because of wreck. Got to the ticket counter at 8:35 and my flight my was set to take of at 9:30. There wear others in the same boat as me, we where all flying with American. I will Never ever fly with American again! The Lady was so rude then she said we were disgrutle when we ask to speak to a manger about trying to board even though or flight didnt leave until 9:30. Not Military Friendly at all. So I ran down to Lufthansa and talk with a guy at the ticket counter that was understanding of the sistuation, he told me what to do once a Book my trip through Kayak he checked me in and got me right to the front and on the plane for the next flight that left 2 hours after my missed flight. I book my trip and got through Tsa all before my flight with american even took off. When I boared the plane the cabin crew was very helpful and laughing and joking with the passagners their smiles brighten my day and made me feel at easy. I was stressed out about missing my flight with American Airlines and that lady at the ticket counter that when on got my flight with Lufthanse I felt like they were my friends and that I have been flying with them before. I will always use Lufthansa when fliying back home back to the states! Thank you to flight crew and men and women at the ticket counters!!"

AA changed the Gate from 2 to 13. I M 79 & my wife 73 has to walk. When it on runway almost 40/45 minutes to take Off. The announcement was very poor cannot understand anything. It was landed 35/40 minutes late. Also they changed the gate from 2 to 85. Longways to walk. We R going back to PHIILADELPHIA on 10/4/22. Hope everything works out well.

No personal touch whatsoever. Food was subpar for an AA flight, especially international. Entertainment system has many defects and problems, for example "search" is useless. Uninspiring and forgettable film choices as well. The knob to control air flow was broken which made it chilly. To finish as I started, a more engaged and pleasant crew could have made all the other things more palpable and acceptable. They were just too cold, like the temperature in the cabin and distant."
A bit cramped - the flight was 45 mins early which is usually welcome but not what you want when it leaves at 23:45 Addis time and arrives at 04:15 Rome time (5h30) instead of 5:05. Nothing to be done if you're travelling from Addis to Rome but if you're connecting as part of a longer journey, you may want to consider another option with an overnight long enough so you can sleep.
Old Boeing 737 for a 7 hour flight (usually it is a wide body 777 or 787). Business class seats are worn, no entertainment, flight was delayed and arrived more than an hour late. Boarding was by bus where we waited long in the bus and then had to stand in the rain in queue waiting to board.

Entertainment system in the seat back doesn’t work, shuts off in the middle of films, and is for some reason controlled by the wrong arm rest. I was in the aisle seat, my arm rest control panel did not control anything, but every time my neighbor shifted her arm it changed the volume on my system. Ethiopian airlines is what failure looks like."

No bathroom, water, or amenities. You had to stay in your pen until boarding. Duty free was not allowed and had to be purchased on the plane for an additional cost. Not to mention the whole stopping in Dublin, Ireland for fuel without notice. There was nothing in my paperwork about it and we were only told to stay in our seats for the next hour or so while they refueled. We didn’t do that on the flight over was that was worrying and we were given no additional information."
