They do not have a car for me in JFK airport. I needed to left the airport and take a subway and bus for my destiny.Recensione del 29 ago 2023

You let me rent a car that wasn’t there. I left my hotel and paid for insurance on the rental and got nothing.Recensione del 25 lug 2023

Thrifty rejected my reservation due to no international driver's license, even though I could prove my Portuguese residence and provide a valid driver's license!!!Recensione del 15 lug 2023

I prepaid for my rental in full in preparation for a road trip, when I got to the rental desk 15 minutes before my pickup time, I was informed that the locations didn’t have any cars to rent. I had to wait approximately 6 hours at the rental office before I was given a rental. Very dissatisfiedRecensione del 7 lug 2023

Terrible customer service at the counter. They make it seem as if they are doing you a favor. Their customer service number is no better. What ever the call center tells you, be assured it’s a lie. I caught them lying to me multiple times and it cost me 100 dollars in taxi fees when they told me the location will wait for my delayed flight to come in. Also had to wait 2 hours for a car to be available.Recensione del 14 nov 2022

They reserved my car online then they didn’t have a car when I got there and treated me like an idiot when I didn’t understand why I reserved a car and it wasn’t there. Calling me by my first name and asking”what did I expect it was the weekend” and go somewhere else.Recensione del 31 dic 2021

At the Thrifty pickup at JFK, there was only one worker on duty in the car service area. That meant that all three parties in line had to wait while he washed, sanitized and delivered one car, then went back to service the next.Recensione del 1 dic 2021
